A cosy studio annexe with outdoor kitchen, dining and decking area set on an acre of beautiful garden, with access to private woodland. Secluded but near Wakefield, Yorkshire Sculpture Park is only 5 mins away and the Hepworth Gallery 15 mins. The vibrant city of Leeds is just 20 minutes away. Historic York is an easy 40 mins drive and you can be in the heart of the Peak District within the hour. The hosts live in the main house on site so are available to answer any questions during your stay.

The Cowshed Apartment

Architect Designed Eco home is warm, friendly and compact. Two bedrooms both with double beds. The MVHR delivers constant filtered fresh air and the GSHP offers underfloor heating to all areas. PLEASE NOTE: We have no outside space for guests. The apartment is situated on the edge of The Peak District, Ingbirchworth has easy access to the cities of Sheffield, Leeds /Manchester. Ideally situated for attractions such as Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Cannon Hall Farm, Reservoir walks and much more.

Relax in a little luxury at the beautiful Water Hall guest suite. Enjoy a game of tennis on the private tennis court or a leisurely walk through tranquil Wordsworth Park. The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. The Cartshed is family owned & restored from a 150 year old derelict farm building into a cosy cottage. With off road access to the Trans Pennine Trail upto the Peak District it’s the perfect base for getting away from it all and immersing yourself in the great outdoors. The cottage benefits from modern amenities whilst retaining traditional features & is located in a private farmstead, an idyllic peaceful setting overlooking open countryside. 2 well behaved dogs are welcome per stay.s

Home in Penistone

Located in the traditional market town of Penistone, this 3 bedroomed terrace house allows walking access to all the local amenities. The trans-Pennine trail and Penistone Paramount are just around the corner. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with King Size beds and a third with 2 single beds. Downstairs, there is a lounge with a traditional fireplace and a dining room with table to seat six people. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Parking for 1 car.

The Tack Store, 6p barn conversion + hot tub

The Tack Store is a new barn conversion on our small farm outside the village of Silkstone. Views are some of the best in South Yorkshire, overlooking rolling hills and woodland, it's a perfect escape for those who love peace, quiet & walking. Equally we are only 1.5m from the M1 for guests wanting a more varied experience. We are child and pet friendly. We have tried really hard to create a relaxing home away from home. A hot tub will be installed for bookings April 25 onwards.
