Välkommen till vår fullt utrustade stuga om 25 kvm + sovloft i en fantastisk miljö mitt i naturen, i en trädgård, 150 m/2 min från bad (strand/klippa/brygga). Huset är ljust inrett med naturliga material, stora fönsterpartier, utgång på egen altan, kamin för mysiga stunder, sovloft för mysbusiga barn/vuxna som vill vara lite för sig själva ibland. Rör er fritt i vår trädgård, där ni kan hitta en egen vrå att sitta i, ligga i en hängmatta och bara vara. Rökfritt boende, mindre hund ok, ej i säng.

Varsamt renoverat hus anno 1930, 45 kvadrat i stor och lummig trädgård med centralt läge i Lerum. Mysigt och vackert inomhus med plats för både avkoppling och umgänge. Ett sovrum med flexibla sovlösningar. Helkaklat badrum med golvvärme. Kök och matsal/vardagsrum med öppen spis upp till taknock. I trädgården finns liten uteplats med grill. Hönsgård med 6 hönor i anslutning. Läget är centralt och Lerums station ligger 4 mins gångväg bort med pendeltåg mot Göteborg (19 min resväg). Välkomna!

Seaside 18th‑century cottage, hottub & guest house

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

Hjalmars Farm the Studio

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Vedeldad bastu, strålande havsutsikt och badtunna. Enkelt ute och inne kök. Enkel ute och inne dusch. Unik miljö med bevarade delar av en ca 180 år gammal väderkvarn. Frukost ingår ej. Toalett dusch bastu i separata hus . Olämpligt om man har svårt med branta trappor, spindlar och är i behov av WC på natten.
