This is a 4 Bedroom 3 Bath. Located in beautiful East Jordan. East Jordan Tourist Park Public Beach access is 8/10th of a mile. Jordan River Nature trail is .2/10th of a mile away. Multiple Wedding venues are located close by. In the winter, we are near Boyne Mountain, Shanty Creek, and Schuss Mountain, with many more ski hills not far away. Snowmobile trails nearby will go all over Northern Michigan and even into the Upper Peninsula. Truly a year around recreation playground.

The property is steps away from avalanche mountain preserve where you can hike, mountain bike, disc golf, snow shoe/ice skate or just take in the views of the lake. Boyne mountain resort is a short 10 minute drive. We are centrally located.

Newly updated downtown Elk Rapids rental, the house is less than a block to the beach and to Veterans' Memorial park. Memorial Park features basketball courts, tennis, a huge playground for kids, and all the great traits of a beach park. The three-bedroom house sleeps 10 and is a quick 2-block walk to downtown dining, shopping, and water sports.
