Beautiful apartment in the center of Wilmington. We own land and have our camper set up in the next town over, but with the cold weather lately, the camper is still winterized. We wanted to come up and get some yard work done and stay locally, and this apartment was the clear winner! Walking distance to our favorite coffee shop, lots of restaurants, my favorite bookstore (!!) and walking trails. Loved the deck- even though it was April and iffy weather, we were able to have takeout dinner outside one night! So grateful that Jennifer allows pets, as we have two dogs and it’s often hard to find pet friendly Airbnb accommodations that are in a good location and as clean as this place! Jennifer was so kind, accommodating and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great trip- she’s definitely one of the best hosts we’ve had! Thank you for making this week wonderful! We will be back.

Location can’t be beat! This is our second stay in one of Susan’s apartments and the basic needs — linens, dishes, tea etc—are well provided for. She has artful taste which we really appreciated. They also contacted us when we left a shirt behind. They are upfront about the smoke in the stairwell , but the smell does seep into the back bedroom a bit. Also, we were there in April but the building heat was still running. It took us a while to realize that is why it was so stifling hot. We ended up using the AC units to make it comfortable enough to sleep.

The quintessential Vermont Airbnb! Beautiful surroundings, lots of outdoor activities, and easy to get into town with great restaurants. The hosts are very helpful and provide everything needed for a relaxing stay.

This was a very spacious and cozy spot! A perfect place for a quiet weekend getaway with proximity to hiking and/or skiing/snowboarding. There were many books, games, and puzzles available to peruse and enjoy as well.

This property is definitely within the top five Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! The apartment is absolutely beautiful with no detail missed. The kitchen was impeccable with light snacks provided and coffee/creamer, which is a huge plus for me. The bathroom was spotless with beautiful, plush towels and a lovely washer and dryer set. The living room was very comfortable with a reclining couch. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m working in town.

Sam is a friendly, generous, helpful host! He and his family live upstairs in this fun, modern building; the apartment is on the ground floor/daylight basement, but the house sits on a steep hill so the unit has plenty of natural light and does not feel like a basement. The separate entrance is located at the far end of the structure so it feels like a standalone unit with plenty of privacy. The neighborhood rises steeply from downtown Woodstock, up narrow, steep, windy roads. The streets were pretty consistently plowed, but drive slowly and cautiously, especially with snow. Also, like Sam says, don't just enter the address into Google Maps; it will try to take you elsewhere through someone's house and yard (haha!) Instead, follow Sam's directions. We loved the casual, yet carefully curated decor and found the bedroom super cozy with the most comfortable bed and linens. Our favorite was going on a cross-country ski adventure right out the back! We really enjoyed our stay in this comfy apartment in downtown Brattleboro. It was close to restaurants and lots of interesting shops. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely home in a beautiful setting. It is quite close to Stratton and the hosts were all great communicators with a quick response time. I hope to stay there again sometime!

Rented Charlie’s home for a 3-day ski weekend. Charlie was very easy to work with, totally responsive, provided a clean and comfortable house, and made the whole process as simple and straightforward as it could be. Thanks Charlie!

Very cute spot it's everything you need for a nice weekend. Love that it is dog friendly. The hot tub was perfect for the snowy weekend. Anne communicated really well. There were blankets for snuggling. We skied at Jiminy Peak, about 25 minutes away. This was conveniently located and close to restaurants and amenities.

Right in the middle of 3 ski areas and close to the main road. Lots of space and everything you need for a great ski trip.

Great spot! Stayed at Eric's place for a weekend with a group of college students (8) looking to hit the reset button and had plenty of space. It was spotless and comfortable, and we had no trouble finding what we needed. The virtual guide is also super helpful!

A lovely townhouse with plenty of room for a mom/daughter ski weekend, so close to the base you could walk if you wanted!

My family of four loved Christine’s place! She is so thoughtful, leaving yummy snacks plus necessities as well. She’s a great baker and provided us with some yummy treats! The beds were super comfy and cozy, bathrooms were clean and well-equipped and we loved being both close to downtown but also could go hiking out the back door. We feel so grateful to have had such a lovely and relaxing place to stay. Thank you, Christine! ❤️

Stephanie was an Incredible host! The listing matched her description and the property looked even better upon checking in. Stephanie maintains this property really well and I couldn’t have felt any more at home. The home was clean and had a perfect cozy feeling to it. In addition, this was really close to the mountain, which made the getaway even better. I enjoyed the privacy and waking up to a nice snow dusting before my trip to the mountain. I highly suggested staying at Stephanie’s property if you’re looking for a quick getaway. I certainly will be looking to book again soon. Thank you Stephanie!

House is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked (lots of pots, pans, utensils, etc.) if you will be cooking. Pictures are accurate. The downstairs den/living room is great if you have kids with you who want a separate space. Easy drive to Mt Snow. The last part of the road to the house is not paved, so FYI if you're there in a snowstorm you'd want 4wd. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Julia's vacation rental for a 3-day weekend with our four children under the age of 12. The things that were great: 1) the unit is 150 foot walk in ski boots from a ski trail that will take you to the Mount Snow lift, which was great because we didn't have to shlep 4 kids ski gear, 2) the four kids loved the bunk bed room and were comfortable, 3) there are two large shelves of board games the kids enjoyed, 4) the access to the Sports Center which has a heated indoor pool and hot tubs were a great way to end the day after skiing, 5) the outdoor locker was a great place to dump all the ski gear (much better storage location than inside the car or inside the unit) and 6) very nice fluffy towels and bed sheeting was comfortable. A combined liquid shampoo and body soap is provided in each bathroom, which is the same that we use to bath our kids at home.

The unit is very comfortable for a family and very convenient to Mount Snow. Updated bathrooms and washer/dryer. Great clubhouse and pool facilities at Seasons condo. Andrew was a pleasure to work with.

Caitlyn An excellent host quick to respond despite moving with her babies the same day as my trip! She was accommodating and provided a clear quick easy in from my late night travel. Her space is large and spacious with great set up lighting and comfortable and clean bedding. Loved the couch bedding set up! The entrance allowed ease to store the ski stuff so roomy keeping the living space free of the typical ski vacay clutter! The bathroom shower temp and pressure with soft towel and wash cloths provided with soap, and shampoo and conditioner gave a nice end of the day relax. Plenty of blankets for layering that may be needed. Kitchen appointed well with a good stove and oven easy to use and to easy prepare with pans and utensils for cooking, plenty of silver ware and plates glasses and plates that i truly appreciated. Couldn't use the ski in/ ski out as that lift was this late int eh season but how easy was it to scoot down in 2 min! Will be my stratton stay always onward!

Great place to stay conveniently located by the mountain base! We enjoyed walking into the village after skiing. Very clean and cozy and had everything we needed and more. Dana was very responsive! Hope to come again next year!!

Dray was thorough and the airbnb was clean, comfortable, and close to everything! I hope to stay here next time I visit!

You really can’t beat this location. It’s across the steet from the lifts and the village with lots of restaurants/bars/stores. The space was perfect for our family of four. Our two young children stayed on the pullout and we thought the king bed was quite comfy. We would def stay here again!
