5 Senses Luxury Villa is an impressive mansion of 1863, completely restored in 2008 and transformed into a beautiful building with all the luxurious amenities. Villa 5 Senses can accommodate up to 6 people in its 3 bedrooms, has a total area of ​​280 sqm with 5 fireplaces , two spacious living rooms and dining area, two bathrooms, one of which has a hammam for 6 people and a beautiful courtyard, with amazing views of Zagoria. Guests can use the outdoor jacuzzi which comes with an extra cost.

Country House Hortensia

Country House Hortensia is set in a fenced four-acre green estate. The stone residence is built on a hillside and its private beach is only 50 meters away from it. Outside there is a large barbeque that can meet the needs of every visitor. Up to 6 people can be accommodated inside the house. The large bedroom has a double size bed and in the living room there are 2 polyform sofas that can be used as beds. If someone wants to visit the nearby beaches or go fishing they can use our small boat.

The villa sits in an elevated position on a hiltop of Ioannina city and has a fantastic view! The center is 2 minutes by car or you can take a walk downhill (25 minutes) and return by taxi (+-5 euro). The house has a private swimming pool ( May-September) and an outdoor BBQ where you can relax and enjoy your day! there is a large parking area outside the house! The house sleeps 7 people!
