Vi erbjuder närheten till Skanör med Falsterbo samt hela Söderslätt. Vi erbjuder 2 st fint renoverade dubbelrum i nedervåningen av villan. Förutom de 2 mycket smakfullt inredda rummen finns en "lounge", ett "sparum" och toalett. Egen ingång och helt separat från det övriga huset. Källarvåningen är renoverad och är uppvärmd. Däremot saknas dagsljus.

We welcome you to live on this soon to be 200 year old farm. Renovated in 2018. This 2 bedroom apartment offers a cosy getaway with a perfect view of the typical southern landscape. The apartment is located in a separate building next to the farmhouse and you park just outside the door. The apartment is fully equipped, about 65 square meters with a big associated terrace. Enjoy the countryside, and just 15-20 minutes away many beautiful beaches like Skanör-Falsterbo, Ljunghusen, Kämpinge.

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

Ytan är ca 74 kvm, fördelat på kök, badrum, sovrum med dubbelsäng samt två vardagsrum, varav i det ena finns en bäddsoffa. Gården lummig och inbjudande och erbjuder flera sittplatser.
