Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Am Fuße der malerischen Hohenzollernburg in Colmberg schmiegt sich unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Wohnlage ein, direkt angrenzend am Rehgehege. Unsere Unterkunft ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Burg Colmberg und dem Golfplatz Colmberg entfernt. Das 95 qm große Massivhaus hat im Erdgeschoss ein komfortables Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, eine Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler, sowie 1 Badezimmer und 1 separates WC und 2 Doppelzimmer. Freies WLAN steht kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Startet eure Ausflüge direkt vor der Haustür in die umliegende Natur und erkundet das schöne Altmühltal. Wandern, Radtouren, Kanufahren wie auch Städetrips - für jeden ist was dabei!

Willkommen in unserem auch selbst genutztem Ferienhaus. Unser Anspruch in der vollständigen Sanierung im letzten Jahr war es Form, Funktion und Nachhaltigkeit zu vereinen. Wir freuen uns sehr wenn ihr das Ferienhaus für euch selbst entdeckt. Mein Highlight im Haus ist der großzügige Wohnessbereich wo man auch mit großen Gruppen gemütlich sitzt. Bei Sonnenschein ist das Highlight natürlich der riesige Naturgarten, ob auf der Terrasse unter dem Nussbaum oder im Liegestuhl auf der Wiese

Wir bieten euch mit dem 4-Sterne-Ferienhaus "Brenzblick" ein ganzes Ferienhaus mit riesigem Garten, Terrasse und Wintergarten, das wir 2018 komplett renoviert und für euch hergerichtet haben. Ihr könnt im Garten grillen, Lagerfeuer machen, vom Garten aus im SUP, Kajak oder Kanu losfahren oder euch im Fluss abkühlen.

Hier haben Sie die perfekte Basis für Ausflüge z.B. nach Dinkelsbühl, Feuchtwangen, Rothenburg oder die Fränkische Seenplatte. Auch das Legoland (ca. 110km) und der Playmobil-Funpark (ca. 70km) sind gut zu erreichen. Wichtiger Hinweis für Arbeiter/Monteure: Maximalbelegung mit 3 Personen Haustiere sind leider nicht mehr erlaubt!!

The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.
