This sunny, clean oasis with mountain views is in a quiet neighborhood directly adjacent the forest. It's perfect for river-goers, Kayakers, boaters, fishermen, and sunseekers. Kimtu and Big Rock beaches are minutes away. The giant porch is perfect for grilling and out door dining, and the large, fenced in back yard is pet friendly. Take a walk through the maintained golf course neigborhood park with your dogs, cook in the full kitchen, work remotely, or dine in Willow Creek, moments away.

In this home you will feel “above it all,” because it literally sits up high (must climb stairs to entry) with great natural lighting while also being near all the downtown fun. Soft yet firm beds, cotton bedding, and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Guests will enjoy personalized heating and air conditioning in bedrooms and a large fenced in yard.

Comfortable vacation home with mountain views in Weaverville. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants and stores. There are two bedrooms, one with king bed, one with queen bed, a hide-a-bed queen sleeper and full size fold up bed in living room. Two full bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil and other condiments on site. There is an extra drive way for boat parking. Pets are not allowed. There will be a $250.00 per unauthorized pet. Guest will be evicted.

Shasta is only 3 miles away. It is also conveniently located close to Lake Siskiyou and Mount Shasta Ski resort. There are nearby hiking and biking trails. Whether you just want to relax, and/or get out and see the beautiful Mount Shasta area, the Sugar Pine is a great place to be!
