For those who don’t know the area, this is your chance to explore it-local style! Downhill to the closest beach, 3min by car or 10min walk. Uphill on the way up (15 min walking unless you are super fit) through secret paths for the more adventurous. Restaurants, supermarkets, windsurfing, 5min by car or 22min walking. We offer 2 free MTBs during your stay to explore even more ;)

This private house includes two bedrooms ,living room with kitchen,two bathrooms ,yard and big balcony with amazing view. It also has an outdoor shower and a barbeque in a yard. The beach is very close on foot. The main square of village with markets and restaurants is only 7 minutes' drive.

Το Kritamon 3 βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά κοντά στην παραλία και στο κέντρο του Νέου Μαρμαρά .Ένα διαμέρισμα 40m2 που τα έχει όλα. Το μπαλκόνι του είναι μεγάλο και με υπέροχη θέα την θάλασσα του Νέου Μαρμαρά για να απολαύσετε τον καφέ ή το ποτό σας. Αν επιλέξετε να ξυπνήσετε νωρίς το πρωί θα απολαύσετε την ανατολή του ηλίου από της πλαγιές του όρους Μελίτωνα.
