Beechwood Annexe

This newly fitted, self-contained apartment is a peaceful retreat just a seven minute riverside walk to the heart of historic Frome. Perfect for solo traveller or couples, be it for work or relaxing; it features a comfortable double bed, t.v, full kitchen facilities, walk in shower with skylight, Wi-Fi, and direct access to your private planted terrace with lovely views across town; and you may even get a friendly hello from the owner’s dog through the bushes. Free parking is available outside.

Town centre flat in beautifully restored listed building. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to train station for easy access to Bath and Salisbury. Kennet and Avon canal is very near for walking or cycling to Bath or Devizes. Longleat is nearby as well as several National Trust properties - Stourhead, Westwood Manor, The Courts at Holt and Great Chalfield Manor. The flat is on two floors with views of the town bridge, the Shambles, Coppice Hill and Silver Street.

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

This is a ground floor flat in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of Bath, its exterior was in Bridgerton! It's a sunny flat with features such as fireplaces and shutters. The bed set up can either be 2 twins or zipped as a super king, sofabed is a double. There is a lovely sunny courtyard garden with table and chairs. The flat is 2 minutes walk from the Circus, 5 minutes walk from the Royal Crescent. Great cafes, wine bars and restaurants are on the doorstep, it’s a short walk to shops.

The Courtyard apartment was deigned by architect John wood and built in the 1700s. It is full of character defined by its architectural heritage, with multiple floor levels and original bath stone still on show. The living area has the high ceilings typical of Georgian buildings. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Amesbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly.

The Annexe, Craigflower is a tastefully decorated self contained ground floor apartment with a double bedroom and plenty of storage. There is a large sitting room/dining area with a sofa, occasional chairs, TV/DVD player, plus dining table and chairs. Free WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Welcome Pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and some home made goodies. There is off street parking at the property.

Skittles - stylish charm in a village near Bath

One of two apartments in the heart of Box, a popular village only 15 mins bus or drive from Bath. In a previous life, the building was a skittle alley for The Lamb Inn but that rang time in the 1960s and is now our home. The units are a mix of country and modern, with oak beams and doors and atmospheric lighting. A stylish, light and comfy space with a homely feel, attention to detail and a little touch of luxury. Tea, coffee, milk and cookies are provided.
