The place was spotless, which is a big plus for my wife. Location was perfect, easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. The pool area was really nice as well. Never busy. It was a bonus he had beach chairs and an umbrella because they're expensive to rent for the day. We were told $75. You don't need a car, but if you plan to visit different beaches, then think about renting because taxi service is expensive. $33 each way for the airport. $45 each way to Sapodilla, and Taylor bay beaches. It can add up to a car rental really quick. James was very responsive and answered all our questions. He allowed us to check in earlier, which was a bonus. We had an amazing time. Would definitely rent it again, if we ever go back. You won't be disappointed if you stay at James's Place.

This is a perfect rental on TCI. Do not hesitate to book it. The location is ideal and just a 10 minute drive from the airport. I recommend a car if you want to explore, but you can easily access great beaches and restaurants just by foot. The hosts provided many excellent recommendations and made my last minute trip so easy. The space itself is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and so well-appointed. They had plenty of kitchen supplies, linens, toiletries, and everything you need for the beach. I can’t wait to return!

You could not ask for a better location or a better host...proactive in letting you know everything about the place, it's surroundings, and any questions you might have before travel. Plenty of beach chairs to use, coolers, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and the list goes on. Kids loved the pool which you could see right outside the window. I honestly do not have one complaint about the place and would definitely would stay again!

We stayed for 8 days and all 8 days were magnificent. The location is perfect. The pool is absolutely amazing and clean. The property was beautifully landscaped. The condo itself was so cozy and we were able to make ourselves feel right at home. It had all the amenities you could need. We will definitely be back hopefully in the near future. I had a wonderful stay at Lindsey's place! The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and Lindsey was very responsive and accommodating, providing great recommendations for things to do around town. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially loved the cozy living room and the comfortable bed. I also appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary coffee and toiletries, which made me feel right at home. It's a beautiful place to stay and be at peace with nature. The room opens directly on the oceansfront and offers Beautiful views of the beach. It's best to relax, enjoy sunrise and sunset on the beach. The host was outstanding and helped us a lot in local recommendations. Would recommend to rent Golf cart at the place.

Wonderful place to stay while in Turks. My wife and I were here for 5 days. Perfect location near the water and other restaurant options. Pool onsite was nice. Onsite gym for those looking to workout on vacation.

Our stay was fantastic! The property was in a perfect central location – you really can’t ask for a better spot. Everything we needed was close by, making it super convenient. The host was absolutely amazing – incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Honestly, 10 out of 10 experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Great space! Clean, felt safe (gated complex, well lit, respectful other guests/tenants). Quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced. The AC nice and cold, pool was amazing and almost unused (except by us!). Karen provides lots of amenities such as sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, a wagon to cart them in. Cannot go wrong staying here!!

Janie was very responsive and super helpful for our trip. I absolutely loved the location as I felt like this part of the island was super convenient and lots to do! It was great being far away from the business of the island and I loved that this location had the beach that was walkable as well as a beautiful view with two pools and a hot tub. Wonderful location in a condo resort on the beach. Several miles from the next building, surrounded by greenery and the sea. Very nice beach, pool and hot tub. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Nice balcony. Good AC or windows/ceiling fans. Very nice other guests.

Great location and only a 10-15 min drive to most places on the island. Great place to stay if you’re looking to unwind and truly relax - no partying or loud music at all which is appreciated. Ditch the resorts, save your money (because TCI is very expensive) and keep your peace of mind by staying here. This place has everything you need and the owner is responsive and helpful.

Very comfortable spot. Nice beach, very nice pool and hot tub. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and well cared for. A little bit of a drive to most of the restaurants and even better beaches. Everything seems to be about 20 to 25 min. away, partially on a gravel road, but that was no problem. We liked getting out and tooling around the island. Sapodilla bay was our favorite. All and all a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview! The location was amazing, right on grace bay and a 2 minute walk to the grace bay club that has amazing restaurants! Easy drive to a grocery store and more restaurants. The Grandview is super family friendly and the condo is spacious, clean, quiet and has beautiful views of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return!

I was like a kid in a candy store upon entering the room at the beautiful view of the ocean. This place was 15-20 minutes from all the beaches we visited - Grace Bay, Bight Beach (only 6 minutes away), Sapodilla Bay, and Long Bay Beach. All are beautiful but a little different. This place had all the little extras that made it so much nicer. There were paper towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, soap in bathrooms and enough items for cooking and dishes. The Thursday Fish Fry was also fantastic. We really enjoyed the food vendors. We also walked a dog from Potcake rescue on the beach. That was the longest line we had to wait in. I would definitely recommend this place and I would love to return.

Great place. Had everything we may need. A little far from the “good” beaches. Definitely need a car to get around. Pool and facilities were nice. Restaurants in walking distance. Very accommodating as far as check out times.

Great stay. Right outside the patio, there is a small pool. Then there is the larger pool right up the stairs. We rented a car and were able to get pretty much everywhere within 15 minutes. They have a cooler, beach towels, and water gear for use, which really came in handy on our full day beach days. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the amazing stay.

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery store and beach. Central area to tourist attractions and nightly hot spots. We did not rent a car and cab service was btwn $12 and $35 (airport transport and jetski activity was most expensive).

We had a great stay! The apartment is very conveniently located, kids loved the heated pool on the property. The apartment itself was wonderful - we had everything we needed and more! Would love to come back!
