This historic raised beach cottage was built in 1920. Beautiful, original pine walls and floors. We want you to feel like you are borrowing a friend's beach house. You can feel your shoulders relax when you walk in the door. Ideal location on a quiet residential street, but only 500 steps (1/4 mile) from the beach, pier, or bars and restaurants on the south end of the island. 2nd story front and back porches. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private garden with umbrella, and seating, covered front porch with butterfly garden. 4 blocks to the beach ( sunrise) & 4 blocks to the back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
