Bella Vista Blu *BEACH FRONT* POOLS*

We loved this condo at first site. The view is unbelievable, and it's been recently upgraded and renovated. Walk down the condo stairs and follow a sandy 5 min walk to the ocean. Condo has an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private condo beach access, two great pools and free covered parking space. Cant get much closer to beach! Ask about our golf cart rental. This condo is on the third floor and no elevator. There are 46 steps however the view is amazing!

47 Steps to the Beach - Hot Tub Ocean Views!

For your pleasure, enjoy epic ocean views from the brand new balcony hot tub! Watch the sunrise and ships go by from your private oasis, or take 47 steps and watch them from the beach! BBQ with an ocean view then feast on the high top table with built in fire pit. Your house comes fully equipped to include a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and towels! Wake up to the view from the master bedroom window which also overlooks the beach. You will be close to everything on Tybee when you stay at our centrally-located condo. Several restaurants and shops are close by. The condo has a full kitchen and washer/dryer to make your stay even more enjoyable and convenient.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
