Ein großer Flachbild TV und eine gemütliche Eßecke. Ein neues Bad mit Regendusche und WC Fliegengitter und Rollläden Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in der Strasse vorhanden, oder wenige Gehminuten entfernt REWE Markt, Restaurant, Busanbindung in wenigen Gehminuten

Diese wunderschöne Neubauwohnung (80 qm Wohnfläche) ist prima geeignet für alle Bodenseeliebhaber, Wanderer, Mountainbiker und Naturliebhaber. Ausflugsziele wie die Marienschlucht, die Insel Mainau und Konstanz sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bodman liegt am Überlinger See und bietet ein paar nette Restaurants. Direkt anschliessend an das Haus folgt ein 11 km langer Naturstrand bis Wallhausen. Die Wohnung ist stillvoll, komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet und liegt direkt am See. Bearbeiten

Captain ´s Suite

Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

The SEEgold maisonette studio in Uhldingen-Mühlhofen is located just a few meters from Lake Constance. Start your day with breakfast on the sunny balcony. The free beach and marina are in the immediate vicinity and invite you to swim, stroll, and relax. Weitere Attraktionen wie die Pfahlbauten, das Traktormuseum und der Affenberg Salem befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch verschiedene Fähranbindungen (Insel Mainau, Konstanz etc.) können bequem genutzt werden. Mit einer eigenen Terrasse im Grünen inkl. Grillmöglichkeit ist Erholung garantiert. Unser Apartment besticht durch seine herrliche Lage unweit des Sees. Es ist hochwertig und gemütlich eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen mit Blick in den schönen Garten. In nur 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am See und kann direkt im Strandbad schwimmen gehen. Zur schönen Altstadt von Überlingen ist es auch nicht weit. Zu Fuss ca. 20 Minuten. Ein Bus fährt vor der Haustüre, Parken kann man auf der ruhigen Wohnstrasse kostenlos.
