Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep! Sie können in Ihrem eigenen Whirlpool & der Sauna entspannen, die auf der großzügigen Terasse Platz finden. Es handelt sich um ein Premium-Studio-Apartment. Die Küche und der Wohn- und Schlafbereich befinden sich im gleichen Raum. Es gibt ein King-Size-Bett für zwei Personen,desweiteren lässt sich ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Personen herrichten (befinden sich im gleichen Raum!)

Highlights sind neben den Wohlfühlschlafzimmern mit Panoramablick unter anderem die 2 Bäder (eines mit Waschmaschine), die neue Küche, Fußbodenheizung, der großzügige Gartenbereich mit Terrasse und die Lage am oberen Ortsrand (ohne Durchgangsverkehr), die Wanderungen/Radtouren vom Haus weg ermöglicht.

You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.
