I had an amazing stay with my family at this house in Newark! The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. It was everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was exceptional, always responsive and very accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed and even offering helpful local recommendations. One of the best things was how easy it was to get to New York. The bus stop was just a short walk away, and the ride into the city was quick and convenient. It made exploring Manhattan a breeze without the hassle of driving or parking. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with a fantastic host!

The property was beautiful, it looks exactly like the photos. It was perfect for my family of 4. The rental was spotless, comfy, and accommodating for what I needed. Ms.Eboni set out clear expectations and the communication was top tier. Thank you for hosting us.

Very nice and tidy place. Shawn was very hepful and trying to make our stay as perfect as can be.

Jackie was very helpful and responsive. Her house was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the park nearby and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely come back.

This home is beautiful. The only set back is parking is only available on one side of the street so there is limited parking for this home.

We love our stay . The house was clean smells so good. It was really accessible to get everywhere, it’s feels like home. I really recommend to stay in her house. we had the best experience for sore we will come back.

Place was literally everything what you seen in the picture is what you got I was literally impressed and it smelled so good in there . He’s responding time was so fast like I was txtn one of my friends everything was good about this stay I would stay and/or recommend to anyone

Syndie’s place is fabulous. It is exactly how the pictures looked and immaculately clean which is great as we are extremely fussy about cleanliness. The area is great for a New York stay as long as you don’t mind travelling by uber to the station and then a 30 minute train ride to Penn Station. We wanted a family vibe and to be able to come home to relax together after a day of sightseeing and this was just the ticket. Shops are close by and the Uber service was excellent. Travel costs were easily outweighed by the savings of not actually staying in New York. We went in everyday and it was easy enough. Syndie was extremely helpful before and during our stay as was the flats neighbours when we first arrived late evening as we rang his bell by mistake! I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I Don’t Know If I Should Start With The Fact , Just Meeting Up With Erica And Her Husband . Was A True Blessing , Blessings Of Individuals .. Truly Felt Like I Stay With My Aunty And Uncle. Above And Beyond Miss Erica Went To Accommodate , Now The Place Itself. Beyond Worth It , A Vibe And Decor That Is One Of One . This house was absolutely to the description shown in the pictures . Nice & Clean , smelled good. Easy to find. Nice quiet area parking was a little hetic but it was suitable because it was mentioned before I booked. Everything was literally 10-20 mins driving time which was perfect. Highly recommend to book 😊

Gavin's place was nice and cozy. He left us snacks, water, and toiletries. It was very pleasant.

This is a great Airbnb. I really felt at home quickly. The apartment had all the amenities I could have wanted and was comfortable and quiet. The space is well thought out. I really appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms, which allowed me to sleep in. It is very convenient to have parking spots in that particular neighborhood. We needed the place last minute and then we needed an extension, and they were responsive and flexible about all of that. In summary, this was a great Airbnb and I would absolutely stay there again, and would recommend it highly.

We're so happy to stay at Ying's place. It's way more beautiful and cozier than what the pictures show. Everything is new/remodeled and clean. It takes just a couple minutes to walk to the bus stop near the traffic light to NYC. Parking can be tricky but Ying's clear instructions make us at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for family trip.

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und privat auf einem Hügel am Ende einer Privatstrasse mit perfektem Blick nach Manhattan. Es ist architektonisch interessant aus 1906 mit viel Platz, mehreren Terrassen und vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Gastgeber Julia und Alex haben perfekt kommuniziert. Es war alles sehr gut. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt auf Staten Island würden wir sehr gerne wieder hier wohnen.
