Enjoy direct access to the lake from your very own private dock, perfect for swimming, fishing, or mooring your boat to explore the tranquil waters at your leisure.

Norris Lake - Kimbo’s Kabin (add our pontoon too!)

You won’t forget your adorable little “boat house” vaca! THE HOUSE IS FLOATING ON THE WATER & CAN ONLY BE REACHED BY WATER. You must either bring your own boat OR kayak OR rent our pontoon boat (separate AirBnB link). Marina/shore access can be via our SUP/kayaks once your/our boat is docked. Lots of room to lay your heads, shower/change, and cook meals. All day water fun outside with kayaks, lily pad, & floats. Located at Powell Valley Marina in LaFolette! QUIET HOURS 10pm-8am

Lakefront - Treehouse at Norris Lake

Enjoy nature & serenity on beautiful Norris Lake at this lakefront treehouse. Short walk or golf cart ride on property to private boat ramp and dock. Water is currently at full pool (read “Guest Access” info for seasonal water levels). Hot Tub on main house deck open year round for guests. Seasonal use of kayak, paddle board, paddle boat, & swim floats on site. Seasonal boat and jet ski rentals available at nearby marinas. Hosts live in main house, but you likely won’t see them.

Serenity Cove 3 Bedroom Home on Secluded Cove

3-bedroom 2-bath lake front home built in 2018 with all new furnishings installed Fall of 2020. Enjoy your private 2.4 acres on a secluded cove (seasonal water*) with a 10 ft by 20 ft dock/swim platform. With the cove being so quiet it is great for swimming, using the peddle boat or the two kayaks provided with the home. The yard includes a fire pit and a picnic table located in a small grove to keep cool in the summer heat. Located near Lakeview Marina in Sharps Chapel.

Norris Lakefront Getaway near Beach Island

Our lakefront home "Ole Charleston" sits in a quiet cove with year-round water and a private boat dock. Convenient location just 1 mile off Maynardville Highway down Hickory Valley Road. Beach Island Marina is only a couple miles away to launch your boat. They offer boat and jet ski rentals and Bubba Brews Restaurant which features live bands and corn hole. We are only 6 miles to Food City and Dollar General in Maynardville and 30 minutes to downtown Knoxville

Spacious deck and large windows overlook the cove with panoramic views of Norris Lake's emerald green waters. Beach Island Marina is a 6 minute drive from the house which features boat rentals, a boat ramp and a seasonal restaurant often with live music. Easy access from Maynardville Hwy (TN SR 33) - No twisty, windy roads here. 30 minutes north of Knoxville.
