Comfortably updated beach home. 1 block to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of downtown OC. Our 1st floor beach home features 4 bedrooms and two full baths. You can comfortably sleep 10-12 people. 2 K beds, 1 F bed, 1 T bed and 2 bunk beds (T/F). Large fully equipped kitchen is fully stocked with everything but food. You will have full access to the entire first floor, wrap around porch, and 3 parking spaces. You will need to supply sheets, towels, and paper products.

Please note- this home has just been fully renovated on the 1st and 2nd floor, photos have not been updated. Backyard is not accessible at this time.

All amenities for a great, worry-free, and relaxed stay are provided for you. We do not allow dogs/pets in the bungalow. There will be a $100 penalty.

Would not recommend for more than two adults. A/C wall unit located in the bedroom. Please leave door open during the day for maximum airflow throughout the unit.

Located right off 34th st. bridge, this property is a short 2.5 block walk to the 31st st. beach, and close proximity to the boardwalk. The front porch and roof top deck are awesome amenities for our guests to enjoy a cup of coffee during the morning, or the cool summer breeze at night. Stay here and enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer!
