Overnachten in het historische centrum van Vaals. De Franse Kerk dateert uit 1667 en is in 1837 omgebouwd tot woonruimtes. Dit Rijksmonument is in de stijl en materialen gerestaureerd van 1837. Het authentieke interieur is vakwerk en met leemstuk afgewerkt. Winkels op loopafstand. Drielandenpunt 2 km. Vaalserbos 200 meter Houtkachel. Binnenhofje met zithoek. In overleg gebruik familietuin. Appartement op 1e verdieping. 2e verdieping bewoond en gezien de aard van het gebouw is het niet muisstil.

Wohnung mit natürlichem Ambiente

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage und ist über eine Aussentreppe erreichbar. Hier befindet sich auch eine kleine Terasse, die genutzt werden kann. Die Wände innen sind mit Lehmstreichputz verputzt, der Fußboden mit Dielenbretter ausgelegt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus und Bahn) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine regelmäßige Verbindung nach Aachen, Herzogenrath oder die Niederlande ist in 10-15 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen.

Das Ferienhaus "Bellerose" im "Maison de Greunebennet" erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Unten ist ein großzügiger Wohnbereich mit vollständig eingerichteter offener Küche mit Theke. Der Natursteinboden ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Duschbad. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (1,80x2,00m) und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (0,90x2,00m), welche man auch zusammenstellen kann, ausgestattet.

Ferienhaus Belgien Gemmenich

Unser ruhig gelegenes, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus liegt in einem ehemaligen Ferienpark. Die 240 Häuser fügen sich charmant in die Landschaft ein. Ca. 5 % der Häuser werden zu touristischen Zecken genutzt. Unser Ferienhaus verfügt über einen Garten, Nord - und Südterrase mit großartigem Fernblick. Über angrenzende Wiesen gelangt man in den nahen Wald. ACHTUNG: ab 01.01.2023 müssen wir die Kosten für den verbrauchten Strom auf 0,45€ pro KwH erhöhen !

Studio in karakteristiek Herenhuis

Bij studio Tweij & Vitsig verblijf je in een gedeelte van een zeer karakteristiek herenhuis. Je hebt een eigen ingang die te bereiken is via 3 trapjes. Via de hal loop je de studio binnen. De studio heeft hoge muren van 3,40 meter. wat karakteristiek is voor dit pand. In de zomer blijft het dan ook lekker koel. De studio is met hoogwaardige materialen afgewerkt. Vanuit het terras heb je uitzicht over de uitgestrekte weilanden en de geul.

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Apartment in old mill

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away. La chambre est agréablement meublée avec sa salle de bains privée adjointe et son accès personnel. Connection WIFI, une bouilloire électrique, thé et café en sachets sont à votre disposition ainsi qu`un refrigérateur à coté de votre porte. La chambre donne sur cour et jardin et est donc tout à fait calme. Vous accédez au petit jardin par le hall d`entrée.

Petit endroit paisible où l'on peut se ressourcer et profiter de la nature. Je serais ravie de vous accueillir et de vous faire découvrir la belle région. Idéalement située aux pied des trois frontières (Belgique, Allemagne, Pays-bas). C'est ici que vous trouvez de multiples balades dont la célèbre Venntrilogie.
