Valica : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Stella est une hôte ultra sympathique et très consciencieuse. Elle était très réactive et aux petits soins. Elle a été très arrangeante avec nous et nous a permi de stocker nos bagages dans l’appartement après notre séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé : à 5mn à pied d’absolument tout ! —> lavomatik, grande place, église, restaurants, plages… Il contient tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et faire le ménage. Le seul point en moins : les lits qui n’étaient pas très confortables. Merci encore à Stella qui nous a fait passer un très bon séjour ❤️☺️

Die Wohnung war super nah an der Altstadt und man hatte alles was man braucht. Sehr sauber und einen Parkplatz gibt es auch vor der Tür. Wenn man einen schönen Strand sucht, muss man ein Stück fahren aber ansonsten alles top.

Wir sind rundum zufrieden! Mit dem Navi hat man die Adresse ohne Probleme gefunden... Schon der Check-in hat super geklappt. Wir waren früher da und konnten trotzdem vorzeitig einchecken und wurden persönlich von Dominick begrüßt! Empfehlung für die Gegend wurden uns auch direkt gegeben. Für zwei Personen ist die Unterkunft perfekt und es hat nichts gefehlt. Außerdem war es wirklich super sauber, wir haben nichts zu meckern gehabt. Es ist eine absolut ruhige Gegend was für uns super war. Die Wohnung liegt aber so zentral das man innerhalb weniger km viele tolle Orte und Strände erreicht. Vielen Dank !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage super- fast direkt am Meer. Mit Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter in der unteren Etage war es gut auszuhalten -Ende September. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Grado zu erkunden oder auch weitere Ausflüge nach Triest, aber auch Kroatien zu unternehmen. Einzig das nicht funktionierende Fernsehen hätte ein Problem werden können, wenn das Wetter schlecht gewesen wäre. Dann lieber kein Fernseher angeben. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

Tout était parfait, Eva est une personne qui communique très facilement! Le logement est impeccable, propre et charmant. Effectivement Piran est une ville piétonne donc prévoyez un petit budget parking mais la ville est magnifique, cela en vaut largement la peine. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay in Rovinj! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed—including excellent Italian coffee and a great selection of herbal teas. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from restaurants, the pier, and all the charming spots around town. After a rainy morning of truffle hunting before check-in, the hot shower was absolutely heavenly. The host was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay, making everything smooth and welcoming. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rovinj!

Die wohnung von donatella war ein traum. Die lage ist perfekt und alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Donatella hat uns zwei räder zur Verfügung gestellt. Damit ist alles sehr leicht zu erreichen und man kann tolle Ausflüge unternehmen. Die wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Donatella ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Just a perfect place. Own peace in your courtyard and buzzing medieval town and restaurants out the door. The space in the house was just right for a big group. Own space for everyone to chill while big enough common spaces indoors and outdoors to hangout together.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, das Haus mit Pool war wunderschön. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, haben sich regelmäßig erkundigt ob alles okay ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Man hat mehrere Ausflugsziele in nicht allzu weiter Entfernung/ mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Ondina ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Meer ist in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Super Ferienwohnung, in ruhiger und dennoch strandnaher Lage, mit eigenem Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder etc. Perfekt für Familien.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea House in Izola. The place is very cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully designed. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. The host was very helpful with parking and Wi-Fi and responded quickly to our questions. The house is in the historical city centre just 3 minutes from the beach. Overall, it’s a lovely, romantic spot for a relaxing getaway!

Fantastisch gelegen in einer naturnahen Ecke, nicht weit von der Stadt und nur wenige Minuten von Strand und sehr schön ausgebauter sehr langer Strandpromenade. Hinreißender Ausblick vom Balkon! Gemütliches Bett. Nette Gastgeberin. Ein sehr schöner Ort.

Siamo stati ospiti di Boris 3 giorni; la sua casa è davvero molto graziosa e allegra, accessoriata con quello che serve, piena di luce e con una finestra sul mare meravigliosa! La posizione è molto comoda, mercato per la spesa praticamente sotto casa, ristoranti e vari negozi nei dintorni. Boris è stato un host molto gentile! Torneremo sicuramente ❤️

la zona è residenziale. Impagabile il parcheggio riservato interno. vista mozzafiato e terrazza enorme super attrezzata. Letti comodi anche il divano letto. Susanna è una host favolosa, disponibile per qualsiasi cosa e pronta a risolvere ogni piccolo problema. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario anche di un "kit di sopravvivenza" alimentare per non dover correre subito a fare spesa. Trieste ha una ottima acqua potabile che non serve acquistare. I dintorni non offrono tanto al momento ma il polo museale nuovo è a due passi come pure la fermata del bus. il quartiere è molto tranquillo e si vede tutto lo Skyline di Trieste.Buon pinto di partenza per visitare Grotta gigante e Miramare

Andrej was a very responsive host. The place was in a great location, very walkable as the whole city is carless so you have to leave your car just outside the city center (make sure to download the easy park app). The layout of the room created plenty of space with the bed as a loft. The skylight makes it light during the day but also in the early morning (I slept with an eye mask). It is quiet given how central it is and Andrej gave us lots of information on things to do and see. Note for Americans-second floor is the top floor ;)

Sandro oferuje świetne miejsce do cudownego spędzania czasu. Widoki z uroczego tarasu poprawiają humor , czyściutki , dobrze wyposażony apartament doje komfort egzystencji. Jak lubisz spacery to możesz dostać zawrotu głowy od wyboru : Izola promenadką nad morzem , Koper publicznym "parkiem" aż po Stare Miasto, starówka... Nawet port w tle dodaje klimatu... Świetne miejsce . Sandro to szczęściarz... Żyć w takim miejscu ... Dlatego to taki sympatyczny facet....

Tolle & vorallem sehr saubere Unterkunft. Das Meer und Restaurants waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz vorhanden, finde ich wichtig wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei & es war kein Problem, im Gegenteil Danilo war sehr freundlich. Auch Triest für einen Tagesausflug ist schnell zu erreichen. Würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa di Diana. Casa molto confortevole, molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario; situata in una bellissima area molto tranquilla di fronte al porto. Posto auto comodissimo. Host perfetto che ha sempre risposto velocemente e precisamente alle nostre richieste. Soggiorno davvero molto piacevole, ci siamo trovati come a casa. Sicuramente torneremo! Dezi ist weine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Freundlich, hilfsbereit. Hat uns viele Tips gegeben. Alles blitzeblank. Wunderbar gelegene Apartment. Alles kein 5 Minuten entfernt, wie zB Meer, Geschäfte, Markt, Restaurants,… Ich kann es von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento che ha superato le nostre aspettative. L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulitissimo e ordinato, curato in ogni dettaglio. Non mancava davvero nulla — dalla macchina del caffè al tostapane, dalla lavastoviglie agli altri piccoli elettrodomestici che rendono tutto più comodo e funzionale. Ma il vero punto forte è stata la vista: affacciarsi ogni mattina sul porticciolo turistico è stato semplicemente meraviglioso, uno spettacolo rilassante e suggestivo che ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più speciale. Un grazie di cuore ad Annalisa e Sandro per la loro accoglienza, disponibilità e gentilezza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e speriamo di poter tornare presto!
