Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wangen. Wangen ist ein kleines Dorf der Gemeinde Ritten und befindet sich oberhalb von Bozen. Von Bozen sind wir 17 km entfernt(20 Autominuten). Sie können uns über den Ritten oder durch das Sarntal erreichen. Unser Dorf verfügt leider über kein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Vor der Wohnung ist eine Liegewiese und Spielplatz für Kinder und für Ihr Auto steht ein überdachter Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich eine Gaststätte, wo Sie gerne einkehren könne

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unser Apartment (85 m²) liegt idyllisch am Ritten, in einer ruhigen, denkmalgeschützten Umgebung auf einem Hügel. Umgeben von den atemberaubenden Dolomiten und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Oberbozner Erdpyramiden und der St. Georg- und Jakobskirche entfernt, ist es der perfekte Rückzugsort für Naturliebhaber. Mit der Mobilcard erkundest du Südtirol kostenfrei und genießt freien Eintritt in viele Museen. Ob Wandern oder Entspannen – hier erlebst du die Natur in malerischer Kulisse.

La propriété de 70 m² comprend un salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, 2 chambres et 1 salle de bains et peut donc accueillir 4 personnes. Les équipements supplémentaires comprennent le Wi-Fi (adapté aux appels vidéo), une télévision, le chauffage, une machine à laver, un séchoir ainsi que des livres et jouets pour enfants.

Unser Hof befindet sich auf ca 1.300 m.ü.M., (die Straße ist bis zum Hof asphaltiert) mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf den Mendelkamm und im Hintergrund den Cevedale-Gletscher sowie jede Menge schöner Gipfel die unsere Alpenregion auszeichnen. Abseits von der Hektik des Alltags und der Stadt können Sie auf unserem Bergbauernhof die unberührte Natur genießen. Erleben Sie mit uns den bäuerlichen Alltag. Mit uns auf dem Hof leben ganz jährlich Kühe, Kälber, Katzen, Hennen und ein Hahn.

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Elegante, luminoso ed accogliente appartamento, completamente ristrutturato per garantirvi un soggiorno confortevole. Posizione eccellente, molto centrale e comunque in zona tranquilla ed esclusiva di fronte al Parco Talvera; 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Bolzano. Vicino troverete mercatini, caffè, negozi, supermercati, ristoranti, passeggiate pedonali, ciclovie e anche il Museo Archeologico. Massimo due persone. Solo non fumatori.

Ein gigantischer Ausblick, eine private Terrasse und zwei stilvolle Apartments. Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

Le confortable appartement 16 est situé à Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, près de Bolzano/Bozen et constitue un point de départ idéal pour explorer à la fois la ville ainsi que les belles montagnes du Tyrol du Sud. L'appartement de 50m² se compose d'un salon, d'une cuisine bien équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, d'une chambre ainsi que d'une salle de bains et peut donc accueillir 4 personnes.
