Studio apartment in great location! Has a Queen Bed, kitchenette, and outside garden area. Modern AC and ceiling fans. Lots of beach equipment. I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.

Located 2 blocks from the ferry in the neighborhood of Isabel Segunda. We are in a local neighborhood. Remember you are in the Caribbean where there are mosquitoes, insects, and other wildlife.
