Uzivaje i odmarajte u mirisu borove sume na dve terase uz pogled na Dunav. Spavajte udobno kao na talasima u nekoj od 2 spavace ili dnevnoj sobi, u dvoristu uzivajte uz spremanje kotlica ili rostilja, imate i opremljenu kuhinju i moderno i komforno kupatilo. Pored Dunava i plaze koji su "na dohvat ruke" kao i EuroVelo 6 cim se izadje iz dvorista, u blizini su i Golubac (11km), Manastir Tumane (16km), Srebrno jezero (15km), tvrdjava Ram (31km), Rumunija trajektom iz susednog Usija-granica (3km).

Located in a secluded area surrounded by nature, Pool View Villa features an outside seasonal pool, air-conditioned rooms and free private parking. There is a living room with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Free barbecue facilities are at guests' disposal. The villa offers panoramic view on Danube River and surrounding nature. A bar, restaurant and farmers' market are all 1.5 km away, in the centre of Vinci. A bus stop can also be found there. The Main Bus Station is in Golubac, 7 km away.

There is a garden and parking place as well as a picnic area and a living outside. The Golubac fortress is 5 km away and Tuman Monastery is 9 km away.

U dvoristu se nalazi ogroman sto za rucavanje ,druzenje i sa vrtnim kaminom za rostiljanje pecenje praseta ,kuvanje riblje corbe .Apartman se nalazi na spratu sa kuhinjom koja je u sklopu trpezarije sa pomocnim lezajem i dve odvojene spavace sobe u obe sobe se nalazi po dva kreveta koji po potrebi mogu da se odvoje ili spoje .Kupatilo sa tus kabinom ,wc-om.Ublizini se nalaze 4 prodavnice,pekara i zelena pijaca i dva restorana
