Welcome to our studio (52 m2) in Zadar with a spacious garden - olive, citrus, fig and other mediterranean fruit trees - offering shade and tranquility after your trips. You might also find our Sparky (cat) roaming around;). Guests are welcome to use fresh seasonal vegetables, spices and fruits grown in our garden. Stonehouse Milan

Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

Latinka

Poljica is a small village located in the heart of Dalmatia, croatian coastal region. It is part of Vrsi county. Traditionally, its inhabitants are farmers organized in small family agricultural holdings. It is at short distance from the old town of Zadar and Nin. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids) who want to experience a peacefull vacation in rural part od Dalmatia, with quick access to nearby most famous tourist atractions and natural, intact beaches.

Studio in the Jankovich Castle

Jankovich Castle is an exceptional and rare example of the combined fortification/residence complex built in medieval times on the border between Venetian Republic and Ottoman empire. It is surrounded by a beautiful park and situated near numerous tourist attractions such as Zadar, Nin, National Park Paklenica, National Park Kornati Islands, National Park Krka, Novigrad and Zrmanja river. Having a car is highly recommended for your stay due to poor public transportation.
