il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo, ci si è sentiti subito a casa. appartamento pulito comodo e confortevole, dotato di ogni funzionalità utile ad un soggiorno breve o di media durata. la posistrategics ci ha consentito di godere appieno dell'atmosfera natalizia e di fare bellissime passeggiate.

Apartamento perfecto para pasar unos días esquiando en Dolomitas. Skibus en la puerta con varios teleféricos a pocos minutos. Alice muy pendiente desde antes de llegar, todo perfecto.

Appartamento come da foto e descrizione. Gentilissimi i proprietari e sempre pronti a risolvere i problemi. Abbiamo avuto problemi con l' asciugacapelli fisso in bagno immediatamente risolto dalla proprietaria. Posto stupendo nelle Dolomiti, caratteristica la vicina chiesetta con le sue melodiose campane( commento non sarcastico). Esperienza da ripetere.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Dagmars Wohnung. Sie ist sehr geräumig und mit Allem ausgestattet, was man so als Familie mit zwei Kindern benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zum Skigebiet Kronplatz fahren Busse in der Nähe ab, wir haben dafür allerdings das Auto benutzt. Die Kommunikation mit Dagmar und Max war total angenehm, alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Große Empfehlung!

Wir hatten einen sehr bequemen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber hat uns mit Freundlichkeit und nützlichen Informationen empfangen. Man findet in der Wohnung alles, was man braucht und die Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Wir haben auch einen Kinderbett auf Anfrage bekommen. Die Wohnung passt sehr gut auch für einen Aufenthalt mit Baby.

Silvia was a great host! The place was spotless and looked just like the pictures. Location was central in our trip to the dolomites and lots of nearby markets and restaurants. She lives close by, so if I had any questions, she was within minutes of solving the issue or responding to any messages. The addition of a gated parking garage was a plus. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to experience the Italian alps and see the things I wasn't able to during my time here.

Bardzo przytulny apartament z przepięknym widokiem z okien. To był nasz siódmy pobyt w Dolomitach i tak pięknej panoramy bezpośrednio z mieszkania jeszcze nie mieliśmy. Całości dopełnia kominek - najlepszy relaks po dniu w górach lub na stoku. W wyposażeniu nie brakuje niczego. Internet działa bardzo dobrze - można bez problemu korzystać z serwisów stramingowych. Gospodarze są bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni.

Ecco una recensione positiva per il tuo soggiorno all’Airbnb di Andrea: Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico nella casa di Andrea! Eravamo un gruppo di sei adulti e tre bambini, e la casa era perfetta per noi: spaziosa, ben organizzata e con un bel giardino. La posizione è ideale: in soli 15 minuti si arriva al Kronplatz (area sci), e la casa è ben servita sia dai mezzi pubblici che per chi viaggia in auto. Nei dintorni ci sono ottimi ristoranti (ne abbiamo provati due e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti!) e un supermercato comodo per fare la spesa. Andrea è stato un host eccezionale, sempre attento e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Ci siamo sentiti davvero ben accolti e torneremmo volentieri! Consigliatissimo!

Mieszkanie zaskoczyło nas wielona udogodnieniami i bardzo przyjemnym wyposażeniem. Nieskazitelne czyste a jednocześnie bardzo przytulne. Położone na skraju wsi, blisko lasu, z możliwością wielu tras spacerowych z psem. Niezależnie wejście i taras dawały swobodę wchodzenia o każdej porze. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem, który troszczy się i opiekuje, jednocześnie zapewniając niezależność. Będziemy polecać i wracać.

Accogliente e luminoso, l'appartamento si trova ad un passo dal centro in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa; gli spazi comodi e ben organizzati ci hanno permesso di trascorrere la nostra vacanza in totale comfort. Alice è molto simpatica e disponibile, attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti e professionale. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa!

La gentilezza dell host e dei suoi familiari è davvero top, abbiamo avuto un problema con l'orario di arrivo ma la loro disponibilità ha risolto il nostro piccolo disguido sul nascere. Appartamento situato a 2 passi da centro, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort proprio come da descrizione, praticamente ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Unica pecca, se così si puo definire, è la mancanza di ascensore ma essendo al 1° piano per noi nessun problema. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Die Nächte in der Unterkunft waren super. Ein gutes Bett hat uns geholfen, uns von den anstrengenden Klettertagen zu erholen. Luciano war super nett und hat uns alles gezeigt. Gerne wieder 😀

This was a lovely place to stay with really spacious, well-equipped accommodation and a great garden and beautiful pool. The air-conditioning was effective and quiet which was especially good for the bedrooms as it was very hot overnight when we were there. Augusta was a very kind host who helped us out when my husband was taken ill. The location is good for visiting Venice, and Oderzo itself is a pleasant small town.

Alloggio praticamente nuovo, pulito, attrezzato e con un ampio e luminoso living. Gli spazi sono razionali e ben distribuiti. La casa è a pochi minuti dalla funivia per Alpe di Siusi. Servizi e ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi. Se dovessi tornare in Trentino con la mia famiglia non esiterei a scegliere questo alloggio. Un ringraziamento particolare a Eleonora e Lidia per disponibilità e cortesia che non sono scontati.

Das Apartment, in einem Weingarten gelegen, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Cunegonda betreut ihre Gäste wunderbar. Als Willkommensgeschenk haben wir einen Obstkorb und einen von Cunegonda selbst gebackenen Kuchen bekommen, der sehr gut war. Selbst als kein Geschirrtuch vor Ort war, ist sie am selben Abend noch vorbeigekommen und hat uns welche vorbeigebracht. Das Apartment liegt sehr ruhig mit Blick in die Weinberge. Ganz neu war der Infinity Pool mit Blick in den Weingarten, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Es war herrlich am Abend mit einem Glas Prosecco dort zu sitzen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Wir wurden auch eingeladen das Weingut, wo Cunegonda und ihr Mann leben, zu besichtigen. Am selben Abend fand noch eine Feier statt, zu der wir auch herzlich eingeladen waren. Wir haben einen sehr netten Abend mit ihrer Familie und Freunden verbracht. Vielen Dank Cunegonda! Ein idealer Ort zum Ausruhen und Entspannen.

Das Check-in verlief sehr flexibel. Der Gastgeber nahm sich genügend Zeit, um die ganze Anlage zu zeigen. Man kann den tollen, grossen Indoorspielplatz nutzen. Zudem gibt es ein Hallenbad mit Rutsche und einer dazugehörenden Sauna! Ein Gym ist auch dabei! Die Wohnung verfügt über viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist modern, das Badezimmer tipptopp. Zudem hat man vom Balkon einen super Ausblick auf die Berge!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, alle waren sehr nett uns hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

The apartment was very neat and also well furnished. Located in an industrial zone so i would recommend a car, but the apartment is located in a residence with Italians, young families, very friendly and respectful. The view over the mountains are gorgeous (Bolzano is incredibly beautiful).
