The house is located on the best and famous beach of Chios,Komi beach which is one of the most beautiful and attractive beaches of the island.Just on the crystal and sandy captivating sea of Komi Beach, we offer a unique combination of calm and peaceful relaxation away from the city noise, autonomous and entertaining. In a small distance away there are restaurants where you can enjoy the traditional Greek and traditional cuisine.For relaxation by the beach you will find sun beds and umbrellas.

Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Luxurious traditional stone house in South Chios

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Villa de charme, située à 250 mètres environ de la jolie plage de Limnos dans la partie la plus belle et la plus vierge de l’île, découpée de criques sauvages. La villa domine une orangeraie de 2000m2 , à l’abri des regards et du bruit, elle assure des vacances tranquilles. C’est une ancienne maison restaurée, meublée simplement mais décorée avec goût. Entourée de balcons et de terrasses, elle est ombragée par des oliviers et un énorme poivrier sauvage retombant comme un saule pleureur.
