The place was amazing. Much bigger than the actual photos. A dream holiday. The perfect place to be with friends or familly.

חופשה מהחלומות, ההנחיות היו ברורות והמענה מאוד מהיר. אמא של דימטריס פגשה אותנו הסבירה הכל והיתה אדיבה ונחמדה. הכל בדיוק לפי התמונות, נקי, יפה, שקט קרוב מאוד לsani beach ולמרינה היפיפיה. אין ספק שנחזור שוב.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft, alles vorhanden was man zum Urlaub machen braucht. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und es wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

We were four families (8 adults 11 kids) shared the 3 houses All of us loved the pool, its really big. I communicated with the host prior to arrival and she shared all the info 4 ACs (3 in rooms) that were great. The other rooms each had a cooling system that did relieve some of the heat but was not as comfortable as the air-conditioned rooms (and that was aligned with what we were told) Overall, we all felt it waa a great place to stay and price was totally fare.

Nino is een super Host, bij aankomst stonden er verse brownies, water en wijn klaar. Accommodatie was zeer netjes en schoon. Deze villa is perfect voor een gezin met zowel kleine als volwassen kinderen. Genoeg bedden, 2 ruime badkamers en alles is aanwezig Dorp is op loopafstand en er is genoeg te doen. Zwembad is een zeer grote pluspunt, helder water en heerlijk temperatuur. Ik kan totaal niks negatiefs verzinnen over deze villa en ons verblijf. We hebben enorm genoten en voelde ons erg thuis, kan deze villa iedereen aanraden!! Dank je wel Nino 😊😊

The house is huge with everything you need for a nice holiday, including basic groceries in the kitchen - water, flour, sugar, spices, etc. Lovely views from the veranda and surrounding nature. The yard is also very big, but not really suitable for small children to play. The beach across the road is very private and natural, it is more rocky than sandy. The host is very friendly, responsive and proactive. Overall, we had a relaxing and happy holiday.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit zwei Kindern und einem Baby hatten wir mehr als genug Platz. Dank der Klimaanlage war es drinnen angenehm kühl. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Garten mit Liegen, Tisch, Hängematte und Außendusche. Die Lage ist traumhaft – ruhig und idyllisch. Das Haus war insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Yannis hat uns sogar Wasser, Bier, Wein, Softdrinks und Kaffee bereitgestellt. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und ideal für Kinder, da das Wasser flach abfällt. Die Kommunikation mit Yannis war hervorragend; er antwortete immer schnell und zeigte uns bei der Ankunft alles. Einziger Punkt, den man bedenken sollte: Es gibt keinen Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe und nur wenige Restaurants. Das hat uns allerdings wenig gestört, da wir oft selbst gekocht haben. Das Restaurant Metoxi hat top Qualität. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

A rare find right on the beach! We booked this beautiful house for our wedding preparations and photoshooting and the overall experience was more than unforgettable. Ms. Mary was soo helpful and kind we are endlessly thankful. Definitely coming back for our summer holidays.

Stelios was a wonderful host. Property was in excellent condition. pool very clean, house very clean. Great view of the ocean from the backyard We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The house is very cozy and comfortable. Easy to get there and to check in. The owner is a very nice girl and it’s easy to communicate with her. The rooms are specious, clean and with big wardrobes. The veranda is a great place for relaxing with a nice garden in front of it. Actually the garden is shared with 3 smaller houses but trees, bushes and some decorations give you enough privacy. The area is very quite, two tavernas in a walkable distance and more that you can get by car.

An amazing place, excellent facilities and amenities. Very helpful hosts offering very high standards of everything in the villa. Everyone was very impressed with our accommodation.

We had some beautiful days in this villa. The house is very clean and comes with everything you might need. There are air cons in every room so you can sleep very relaxed. Communication and Checkin went absolutely flawless. We can highly recommend a stay in this villa! :)

Wir waren als Familie mit drei Teenagern unterwegs. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das lediglich erwähnte Gym ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio mit genau den Materialien, die wir gern nutzen. Es war in täglicher Nutzung durch uns und für die Teens in der Kombination mit dem Pool einfach klasse. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Orts, ein großer Supermarkt ca 400 m entfernt. Im Ort sind einige Restaurants, die auch zu Fuß erreichbar sind, der Strand ist noch ein Stück weiter, aber auch erreichbar. Wir sind mit dem Mietwagen weiter auf die Halbinseln gefahren, dort findet man karibisch anmutende Buchten nur 30 min entfernt. Die Sitzgelegenheiten am Haus bieten tolle Blicke aufs Meer bis zum schneebedeckten Olymp. Küchenausstattung ist top und es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine und Ofen. Wir waren über Ostern hier, Wetter war top und warm genug für Schwimmen im Pool und Mittelmeer.

Above and beyond. Great location and amenities, amazing communication and helpful staff. Christos was so kind to personally bring us the delicious breakfast every morning. It’s a luxury experience through and through in a unique and beautiful setting. Can’t wait to explore some of the other villas

Konstantinos is a perfect host, with who the communication is perfect. Fast, clear and very Nice, its a real pleasure. Any questions, he answers directly and try to help you. Some stuffs were missed in the house, he brings them to you. The house is Nice, and clean. You have to know that the underground and upstairs don’t communicate directly. Its another door, other key and you have to go out to get there. The bathroom underground is really small. But its a good price performance ratio. Thé beach club in front of the house is really Nice! Perfect with children!We enjoyed our stay!!!

Die kleine Villa Etheres hat uns ausserordentlich gefallen. Es ist ein wunderbares Häuschen in einer Reihe von 10 Häuschen. Der Pool ist sehr toll und schön abgeschirmt von den anderen. Es wurde angeboten, dass ohne Aufkosten jeden Tag jemand kurz reinigt. Aber grundsätzlich hat das Team viel zur sicheren und sauberen Stimmung beigetragen. Gastfreundschaft 10/10 Ein wunderbares Plätzchen auf Sithonia, welches sich lohnt zu besuchen.

Wir waren ende Mai mit 4 Personen bei Mike in der Villa. Wir haben die Villa sehr sauber angetroffen. Sie ist mit allem eingerichtet was der Urlauber benötigt und darüber hinaus mit wertvollen Dingen, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machen. Toll fanden wir die Aussenküche und die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten sich draußen aufzuhalten. Der Pool war um diese Jahreszeit noch etwas frisch, aber sehr sauber und mit den Liegen sehr einladend für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Störend empfanden wir anfangs die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber wir haben uns auch daran gewöhnt. Positiv auch der kurze Fussweg um Strand und die Möglichkeiten des Einkaufs in der Nähe, sowie der kurze Weg zur Autobahn. Danke und beste Grüße an Mike!

We were a group of five women enjoying our vacation in Greece, and this villa made our trip truly special! Dominiki is an amazing host—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The villa, designed by Dominiki and her husband, has beautiful interior details, a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean pool. The beds were comfortable, and we especially loved the pillows! Dominiki's in-laws were also around, sharing great stories and speaking perfect English. We had a late flight and Dominiki allowed late check-out. The villa’s location is perfect, with just a 10-minute walk to the beach and 30 minutes to the center of Pefkochori (or a quick taxi ride 5€). We only rented a car for 2 out of our 5 days, with parking conveniently available outside. Dominiki even brought us some food when she knew we hadn't been to the store yet. The villa is spotless, well-planned, and exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Greece!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Great place for the family. A private place with lots of room. Big Yard. The Garden was a plus.

The house was everythin we wanted. Big, clean, had a barbecue, nice quite place with a view at the sea. Would recommend

The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

Smukt hus, fantastisk flot have og poolområde og dejlig terrasse. Man kunne endda lige akkurat se havet. Godt indrettet hus og behagelige senge. Michail var hurtig til at svare på beskeder og vi blev taget godt imod af Michaels far. Kort køretur til strande og spisesteder - dog skal man være opmærksom på, at sæsonen lukker ned i oktober, så der er de lokale supermarkeder og restauranter lukkede. Eneste minus var, at huset ligger tæt på hovedvejen, hvilken giver lidt vejstøj fra trafikken. Dette var dog ikke et stort problem, men godt at vide hvis man leder efter et hus med fuldkommen ro. Vi nød vores ophold og kan varmt anbefale stedet.

Villa in the Sani forest with a fantastic garden, as shown in the pictures. 20 min walk (a bit uphill/downhill but it wasn't a problem for us) or 5 min with the car to the most beautiful beach on Halkidiki. Good communication with the host. *My only suggestion would be to change the mattress in the master bedroom since it is too soft and it is very difficult for two people to sleep without rolling toward each other and waking up. Everything else was great, we would visit again.
