Our beautiful farm is located minutes to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville and Knoxville TN. Enjoy all the action, including Dollywood while resting in the peaceful secluded countryside. Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

Our cottage is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children.The cottage is completely renovated , all new appliances, and mattresses. The Little River Cottage is located beside the Historical Blount Swinging Bridge . Enjoy the large back yard and sit around the fire pit in the evenings .
