This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. This was a great location we walked to the beach. The house was clean and perfect for children and pets.

This is the second time we have stayed and our stay was as enjoyable as our first visit. Beautiful and serene surroundings. Great size house for 12 people. Robert was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be organizing another stay. Thank you Robert for the lovely experience.

Andrew and Annemarie's house is wonderful. The house is spotless, has great linen, and ample comfy sofas and space for our two families with young kids. Very large and comfy beds in the main bedrooms and solid bunks in the kids room (plus lots of toys!) The house comes with excellent instructions, fully stocked with all the things that make life so much easier - soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, oil, wood for the fire, etc. Located on the edge of the utterly charming Marysville, it suited our needs perfectly. We walked into town both days and visited the cute local shops, cafes, pub. There are kid-friendly bushwalks close-by and for mountain bike riders obviously Lake Mountain is fantastic - just a quick 20min drive up the hill. We'd love to return for more adventures and cosy nights by the fire. Andrew and Annemarie are very kind, responsive and helpful hosts- thank you Andrew and Annemarie!

A wonderful place to stay and relax for a few days. Super quiet and felt like home. Ash was very responsive and helpful- will definitely stay again next time we’re over.

I can't say enough about this property because the house was truly a paradise, especially for our children. I regret not staying longer. The house was very clean, tidy and well equipped. Our children enjoyed the many toys and the garden. Really if you decide to go here, 3 days will not be enough for you.

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

The Aruanda Farm is amazing place for organising the retreats and workshops. Only one hour from Melbourne and you can escape the busy city life at the beatiful forest in the nice home of Aruanda Farm. Special thanks to Natalia for her magic art class and warm hospitality. Thanks so much to Rodrigo and PJ for all their hard work to keep it clean and safe!

Lewis went above and beyond what was required - we had long air flights across time zones so he made sure we had the instructions for the lock box. The flat is very close to lots of eateries and Lewis has details of which streets to look along. It’s close to the CBD and just opposite a large park, and the flat is lovely inside. A great place to stay.

Chris was an amazing host! We loved the location and how close it was to crown and train stations! Anything we needed was 2 minutes from the Airbnb! Great view, and Airbnb was really easy to get to. The place was super clean as well. Would definitely recommend for short or long term stays!

What a beautiful air BnB! The location was amazing, watched the most unreal sunset from the garden. Anne was so responsive and hospitable, always willing to chat and help us out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air BnB spotless. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This Apartment is spacious, easy to manage and offers a gorgeous view. The Apartment is well located and was suitable for 2 adults and 2 young children.

Gioia’s home was bright and welcoming, it is in an excellent location - extremely close proximity to Woolies, Luna Park and the beach - if you’ve a puppy - there are plenty of doggy friendly places around. The home has everything you need, check in was sooooo easy and provided a restful home for our weekend.

Excellent experience, this rental has everything you need. Beautiful patio, huge interior space, and all the amenities. We’ll definitely be back!

Gokcan was very hospitable and the place was near and tidy with many decorative items. We were even welcomed with chocolates for Easter and morning tea packets!

couldn't have been happier with our stay, absolutely lovely! the property is beautiful, and the accommodation was great. birds to feed right outside the living area, and a breakfast hamper filled with local breakfast produce, what more could we want.

We found Malcolm & Hanna's place a great place to recharge the batteries. Lots of greenery out the windows, clucking chickens gifting us daily fresh eggs, a cosy fire on a comfie couch... we were very happy, and most importantly Rosie our doggo was in heaven exploring the grounds and playing with resident doggos. Hosts were super responsive. Nice people with nice pets.

Marita's tiny home is the perfect peaceful getaway. We had the most beautiful views out over the countryside, with two adorable mini goats as neighbours. The tiny home is spacious, beautiful and well thought out. The amenities are luxurious and everything was perfect. She even left us a welcome pack with an Easter bunny, a bottle of wine and more. The spacious shower is a real highlight, with a rainshower as well as a regular shower, and luxury shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We spent lots of time on the lawn out the front relaxing in front of the fire enjoying the view and the peace and quiet. There are also horses on the agistment next door that were very entertaining to watch. Both Drouin and Warragul are short drives away with great cafes, and there are multiple wineries with in a 15 minute drive. Thankyou so much for having us Marita, we will hopefully be back!

Our honeymoon at Kate's Airbnb was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, Kate's warmth and thoughtfulness made us feel so special. The personalized welcome letter was such a heartfelt touch, and we were blown away by the farm-fresh produce in the fridge and the delicious, homemade freshly baked bread. Every detail was perfect, creating an atmosphere of pure comfort and charm. The scenery was breathtaking, with stunning views and wildlife that made every moment unforgettable. Kate is an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. We can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise! Highly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable experience. We have stayed at a few bnbs now with a similar country charm but Eleventh Oak is by far our favourite trip to date.

I really enjoyed my stay and really appreciated the quiet serenity and privacy offered at Botanica Retreat. The gardens are beautiful offering a very peaceful setting and was exactly what I needed for my break. It’s very close to the village, close to walking paths and has everything you need. It’s very homey, beautifully appointed furniture, linens, decor etc, and Karen offers some really nice touches to make it feel like home. Will definitely be back!
