Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Beautiful apartment in basement of house. Private entrance with keypad (no check-in required). Large bedroom w/king bed & second den with full bed (playpen available). Complete kitchen & living room. Washer/dryer. Off street (driveway) parking. No smoking. Convenient location in safe, friendly Arlington. Easy transit options to DC. Walk to several bus stops, 1-2 miles to 3 Metro stops, 10 minute drive to downtown. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate service animals due to household allergies.

100's of 5 star reviews can't be wrong! Always professionally cleaned & sanitized: consists of 2 separate units, main house & apartment below. Main kitchen stocked w/ all cookware & available to use in the apartment. Amazing, quiet neighbors who enjoy greeting our guests. Easy access to anywhere in DC w/ shops and restaurants w/in a short walk. Home secured by Vivint Smart Home & annually inspected by DC. Unfortunately, not a home for the ability impaired w/ many steps to climb between floors.
