With our cozy 10 double cabins, our stylish lounge area and open kitchen, groups of 10 to 20 persons will find a cozy and private place to stay for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Just 10 minutes from Amsterdam with car (free parking nearby) or 25 min. with public transport. The ship has excellent heating for the wintermonths.

Once, this boat was being held on a very special ship called Polarstern with its homebase of Bremerhaven – Germany. The Polarstern, which is still active and running, is doing research at the polar circle in Antartica. Now you have the chance to sleep on this unique stay! Curious?

Groep Accommodation Sailing Ship in Monnickendam

More than 100 year old sailing ship (refurbished in 1998 ;-) with cosy mess room, 5 cabins for max. 16 guests, 2 showers and toilets and of course central heating... The ship is moored in the beautiful historical harbor place Monnickendam, about 20 minutes by bus from Amsterdam Central Station. The bus connection is very good. At day every 2 to 5 minutes, in the evenings every 10 to 15 minutes and from 1:30 at night once per hour...
