Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! This home was built in the 1800s and later made into apartments. Enjoy your own space only a block away from the hospital, two blocks from the square, and three blocks from the Prairie Spirit Trail which leads to the South and North Lakes. We are also within walking distance or a short drive to many local restaurants. Our little town is such a charm and they have so many activities throughout the year. Great place for hunters to stay, or in the area for Family, Class Reunions, Activities around the area or just a quiet getaway. We have indoor and outdoor games, a movie selection, wildlife spotting's and a good country feel. We are handicapped Accessible. Our kitchen is fully functional with some of the main staples. You are 25 minutes from the nearest bigger town so you will want to plan your meals ahead and don't forget the charcoal. We also provide an Ironing board & Iron & Hair Dryer.

Relax in our little 2 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow in our small southeast Kansas farm community. Perfect if you are looking for more space than a hotel and the only place to stay locally within 17 miles. Local bar and grill less than 1 block away Covered parking area and house is on double lot. Wi-fi included and Roku on the TV's. Kitchen is fully stocked with the tools you need just bring your food or we also sell beef, we can discuss a package with you that fits your needs for your stay.

The Palm's Get-a-Way at Lake Fort Scott

Features 2 large Bedrooms. 1 Master Suite with a King bed, 1 guest bedroom also with a King bed. 2 bathrooms, and large open living space and open kitchen. 1500 square ft plus 1000 square foot covered patio including grill and 5 person hot tub. Covered parking. This property is large, sitting on two lots and has large waterfront access and a dock. House is private and the perfect serene get-a-way.

Cabin Chesini

Watch the stars through the skylights as you drift off in this modern loft cabin. Wake up on the water and enjoy a paddle board or do some fishing. Then jump on the Southwind rail trail for an invigorating ride. Cabin Chesini is located at Base Camp on the edge of Humboldt, KS. Base Camp is a full-service glampground at the trailhead to Kansas' extensive network of biking trails. Our modern cabins on the shore of the quarry pond provide one of the most sought-after getaways in Kansas.

The Hickory House

Quaint vintage, eclectic bungalow on brick street with private parking. Wifi, comfortable common spaces, a stocked kitchen, quality beds & linens. Home is situated only blocks from Ottawa University and downtown. University parents can easily walk to campus, downtown restaurants and shopping, and City Park. This was once my grandmothers home. The vintage décor leans towards " eclectic". The house has refinished floors, all new paint, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. No pets allowed.

Peacock Place

Peacock Place. This is a mid mod Paradise. Find woods with gold, yellow and blue accents adorn this beautiful little apartment. Everything is new and comfortable. One block to downtown Ottawa, lots of antique shopping and dinning. Worlds oldest still running movie theater is one block way. Enjoy a beer and bbq in the same block at Not Lost Brewery. In the morning the best little coffee shop in the state is also just one block to the north, Mug Shot Coffee. Look for it in the alley.

Located rurally (3 miles south of Chanute, Ks), we are listed as one of the top ten attractions with numerous flower beds, a historic 1874 stone schoolhouse, a Retail Soap Shop located in a restored barn (handcrafted soaps are made here on site), and the Summit Hill Gardens Event Center- for hosting celebrations of life.
