Leith Hill Tiny House is a home away from home for anyone looking to relax & unwind, surrounded by gorgeous scenery & mountain views. Relax with a good book on the day bed or a coffee or a wine on the front deck; and then finish off the evening getting toasty by the outdoor fire watching the sun set over the mountains. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

Yarra Sounds relaxing getaway

Yarra Sounds is a stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom period home set within a stone's throw of the Yarra River with clear views of the towering Mount Little Joe. Here, you can take a load off your mind. Relax by the fire or unwind with a drink on the back deck while you listen to the water below and nature above. Located close to the town centre, it's a casual 15-minute walk along the River Trail, over the historic Swing Bridge to Warburton's strip of cafes, restaurants, and antique stores.

The Lily Pad, Warburton

The Lily Pad is a cosy architect-designed, self-contained luxury villa, cantilevered over a tranquil billabong. Sit on the deck under a canopy of stars, serenaded by frogs. Enjoy a picnic beneath the magnolia tree. Renovated in Oct 2024, it features an ensuite kitchen & bathroom, with access to the surrounding 3.5-acre property. Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Tucked away behind the other houses on the street and surrounded by huge trees and ferns, you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Yet you can enjoy the convenience of being only minutes away from town. The house is perfect for a couple, but even more perfect for those with young children who will love the huge playground complete with swings, bikes, toys, cubby house, sandpit and trampoline!

The famous Warburton Trail is a stone's throw away providing easy access to the local pub (5 min walk), the town centre (8 min walk) and Water World (12 min bike). We are family friendly and can provide a portacot, bassinet and change table to make your stay easy!

Cloud house

With breathtaking views overlooking Mount Victoria, this 1950s home has been lovingly restored and modernised into an open plan, bright space. Only a few minutes walk to the Main Street of Warburton, you can stroll into town or just sit on the large deck and listen to the many birds in the surrounding trees. An open kitchen with German appliances, a wood heater for cozy nights and a king bed for watching the many cloud formations that drift by makes this getaway so memorable.
