Beautiful surroundings, absolutely wonderful home. Everything we needed. From little treats at check in, to the recommendations, it was honestly the cleanest and loveliest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Our dogs loved it too, especially the treats, we had the most relaxing stay, thank you Caroline!!

Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. Lovely place. Our family had a great time and very nice to able to walk straight out onto the hangers. Lots of thoughtful touches.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was very comfortable, perfectly located and a great base for our exploration of the Cotswolds. We particularly enjoyed the walks down into the village and had two great meals at The Hare during our stay. This is a great option for anyone looking to stay away from the busier places in the Cotswolds, while still being within easy driving distance of a lot of the beautiful and scenic destinations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

The sitting room really looks like the photo and is a great place to be - both to relax and to eat. We were only four, but eight would be comfortable. The kitchen was small, but well equipped and fun to be in, open to the sitting room. Three comfy bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on one floor. Quiet, but convenient. Lucy & Richard were very responsive.

Eva was a fantastic host - so friendly, communicative and very accommodating. We stayed in the property over Christmas - it was very spacious and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Eva made it feel so welcoming and homely for us. She left welcome treats for the children and the adults, and a manual with all the ‘need to know’ information. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils we needed for our Christmas dinner! The property is superb and in the most beautiful location. We enjoyed many walks around the local countryside and enjoyed watching the wildlife in the back garden - deer, foxes, pheasants, squirrels, as well as the resident chickens! We had the perfect stay. Thank you so much to Eva and her family.

We had a lovely stay at Ann’s house. We arrived to a generous welcome packet of essentials and snacks and two lovely bottles of Prosecco. The house is old with lots of character but the facilities are modern and work well. We stayed at the end of April but the pool was heated for us and we used it every day, we were thankful for the hot tub to warm up on the more overcast days! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with plates and glasses for entertaining and the Aga and bbq worked well. If you have small children I would recommend bringing plastic crockery as there wasn’t much of that. We would definitely look to come back if we are in the area.

We stayed for four nights with our two teenage city kids to give them a taste of countryside life!! They loved the spacious apartment, all of the nature, birds, badger, deer and of course the kites, the warm pool, and freedom to explore the extensive grounds! A fabulous Airbnb with very generous and kind hosts.

Excellent barn to stay on with fantastic grounds and fabulous pool and hot tub. David is an attentive host and deals with any issues instantly Highly recommended

Beautiful quiet location, Rachel was on hand if anything was needed. We had a couple of nice chats. Lovely walk into Southrop. Loads to do in surrounding areas. We were lucky to have fab weather so made use of the sunny garden. House was comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend away. Shame it was too early for a dip in the pool. Super host, super cottage, super location.

Great place to stay, we took day trips to Salisbury, Cheltenham and Bath. All were within easy reach. Such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Homely & well-equipped. Note that to use the indoor pool you have to ring them or walk over at 10:30 in the morning to book a 1 hour slot for the next day. Would definitely recommend staying here. We are looking forward to coming back.

We had such a lovely stay at the Pool House! Super easy to check in - some milk/bread/eggs and other goodies were a lovely touch. Got to enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub as well as outdoor area with BBQ. Also used some of the recommendations for near by like the Deerpark which was brilliant as well as another local farm shop. Pool house had everything we could have needed. Had the best stay - thank you!

We’ve just got home from our stay and I must admit we’ve never stayed on a complex like this before. However we fancied something different, booked very last minute and it didn’t disappoint. It had everything you needed, good size, and great outdoor space with a gorgeous hot tub and the weather was perfect. On site you have the additional facilities, the lakes for lovely walks and we couldn’t resist the crazy golf. We were also very lucky to make some duck friends who made the stay even more perfect. We will definitely come back and stay here.

Had an absolutely fabulous long weekend at Oakleigh Cottage. The cottage itself was fabulous for a 3 generation group of 6 adults and two children with lots of space and having 3 bathrooms made mornings relaxed and stress free. The cottage was extremely well equipped with ample supplies of all the basics tea coffee cleaning products etc etc. the welcome basket was a lovely touch too. The site was great too lots of things to do we particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and kayaking on the lake. There were lots of areas to play football badminton etc. a weekend wasn’t long enough to try everything on offer we may well be back !

My partner and I stayed here 14th-17th April 2025. We wanted to get away for a few days, somewhere quiet and secluded where we could relax and recharge. And the place did just that. Beautiful surroundings. Frankie and Jonathan were very lovely, welcoming and friendly, always on hand should we have needed them. Even had to ask if they had paracetamol one evening, and they brought it over for us, thank you. The cabin itself was gorgeous, and the hot tub was divine, and they had it ready for us every evening. Everything was catered for, tea, coffee, cereals etc. We will definitely be coming back for if you’ll have us. 10/10.

Really lovely cabin, well looked after and very clean. Host was very helpful and pleasant. As others have written, the cabin is located near the house and not quite in the middle of the woods as expected, but hosts fully respected privacy and we only saw them on arrival. Toilet is a little cramped but otherwise everything was perfect. A really lovely stay

This was our second time staying at The Barn, and it certainly won't be our last. We appreciate how well-equipped it is with modern conveniences while still holding onto its original charm. The furnishings are so inviting, the bed and linens are exceptionally comfortable, and the location is perfect. Having our own private courtyard was a wonderful bonus. We also truly enjoyed the delicious biscotti upon our arrival – it was the best I’ve ever had! We are already looking forward to our next visit. Sincerely, Corinne

Virginia is a lovely friendly and helpful host. Great to talk to and was so helpful when I couldn’t find the place. She had sent the instructions by email and I decided to read them when I got near there. However I had no signal to be able to access my air BnB email and so was helpless. She very kindly came outside to guide us in by telephone. Lovely lady, so helpful and friendly. Thankyou Virginia

Fantastic little remote get away. We used it to visit family and friends locally but would be perfect if you’re looking to a quiet get away

We could go on an on about Gabrielle’s cottage because it was superb in every way. The cottage itself is cozy without feeling small, fitted with every creature comfort we could have needed, and just so quiet and peaceful! We were surrounded by gorgeous hikes just at the end of the road and lovely paths through neighborhoods at the other end - great for walking our dog. Cirencester is 5 min away. The neighbors were so sweet when we passed them and even signed for packages that we had delivered (we didn’t realize we would need signatures). Gabrielle’s thoughtful touches were everywhere in her home. Lamps where you’d want them, mirrors where you need them, easy to use kitchen supplies and cozy blankets to curl up in. She even had flip flops to throw on when we needed to take our dog out, as well as little jars of treats, extra dog dishes, and pet wipes for us to use as well. The shower was heavenly and the beds were SO comfy. It quickly felt like home away from home. Would stay again!

Nice to have our own space. 2 toilets a bonus. Great shower. Bed and sofa bed comfortable. Good coffee machine.

Sally and Josh have been welcoming and amazing hosts. We arrived late and they had stocked the fridge up with bread, milk and eggs which was so thoughtful. The annexe was ideal for my family, countryside surroundings and short drive to Godalming and getting onto the motorway. The house has a lovely, cosy feel, I enjoyed cooking as the kitchen was well equipped. A very comfortable and happy stay and will be staying again soon! Thank you both!
