Outside shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach and private parking for up to 2 cars. We are a pet friendly rental with a pet fee of $100 per dog.

Welcome to Cookie's Folly! A charming and custom designed Cape Cod style home. The interior was designed and fully renovated by Philadelphia design and build firm United Makers. This large family friendly home is a short .1 mile (3 min walk) to the beach, and a .5 mile (10 minute walk) to the Washington Street Mall area. The house has a driveway and plenty of street parking.
