This cozy beach cottage will accommodate the whole family. With room to comfortably sleep five people, there are three additional beds on the air-conditioned unfinished second floor for additional guests (additional guest fee applies). The outdoor dining area and grill help extend the living area and compliment the well-equipped kitchen. Just a short walk to the beach, plus a parking pass for the town beach is included ($300 fee for lost beach pass). outdoor shower helps keep the sand outside.

You have access to a private beach a block away or the town beach less than a mile away. Nearby is a shell fishing area, and marina with a restaurant right up the road. We are a short drive to the ferry where you can catch the boat to Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, and even Block Island.
