Very tall people are destined to bonk their heads in an upstairs room, but will likely grin and relish the charm of this historic property. Full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a great meal. It is perfect for all seasons and located within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studios, groceries. New Paltz, Woodstock, Minnewaska, Mohonk Preserves, Shawangunk Ridge are all within the short 20 min drive.

This New House

Unique custom built new home constructed purposefully for Airbnb quests. This house offers a distinctive design with a large loft bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom. The loft overlooks the downstairs living area which has an open living room, dinning area, and kitchen. The second bedroom and bath are located on the first floor. Granite, slate, and soapstone accentuate the countertops, vanities, and floors. You will also see plenty of natural pine, hickory, and local cedar throughout the house.

It's just 12 minutes by taxi from the New Paltz Bus Station or bring your bike up and cycle everywhere!

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

It's an easy bike ride to connect to the vast state-wide rail trail system & all that the Mohonk Preserve has to offer.

Beautiful downtown studio under the walkway over the Hudson. No kitchen just microwave, coffee pot and fridge. It sits on one of the nicest streets in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to the metro north train station, restaurants, bars and bakeries. The walkway is also near by. This is a walkout street level studio. No stairs involved. The front stone patio is exclusive for the studio listing. The back patio is for the upstairs listing.
