The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Pasture House - stylish countryside escape

Set at the foothills of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, sleeping up to 12 guests, combining luxury with total seclusion. Think contemporary farmhouse vibes, six ensuite bedrooms, relaxed open-plan spaces made for long dinners and slow mornings. Outside is a spacious garden and space to switch off completely. Staying within Broughton Sanctuary also means access to nature walks, wild swimming, access to Avalon, our on-site well-being centre with pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast included.

Grove Farm Cottage

A lovely 3 bedroom farmhouse, sleeps up to 5 (maximum 4 adults) in a double, twin and single bedroom. An enclosed garden, pet friendly (one dog), use of the farm's heated indoor pool (a 70 minute private swim/ sauna is guaranteed each day of the stay - these slots can be pre-booked). There is a playground and a playshed and animal feeding/ egg collecting takes place at 8.30am every day on farm. Children are very welcome to join in. Given the size of the property we advise a maximum of 4 adults

Totally Isolated Pennine Cabin

A cosy, rustic hut in a field with 2 comfy kingsize beds (sheets & duvet not provided), en suite shower & loo, set in a secluded spot on a small, quiet 36 acre farm with fishing lake & boat in a remote, beautiful, yet very accessible area of the Pennines with expansive views of the stunning Thursden Valley. An extensive network of footpaths lead to Extwistle Moor, the cairn circle & tumuli above Ell Clough, the Bronte Way, Pennine Way & Bridleway. Sorry no dogs or children. No loud music.

Pennine barn with swimming pond

Our generous four/five bedroom family home lies in the middle of the Pennines up a private road, half a mile from a cosy pub. It has four downstairs rooms, a log burning stove, huge open plan kitchen. Lots of footpaths lead in all directions straight from the front door and we have a couple of bicycles and various wellies you can borrow. There is a pizza oven in the extensive wild garden and a deep cold swimming pond. All guests must sign a waiver about the pond when they arrive..

A superb 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 4800 sq ft home, with 9 metre indoor heated pool & Jacuzzi, cinema room with 100 inch screen and Atmos surround sound, pool table, darts & table tennis. 2026 is FULLY BOOKED!!. Uppergate Farmhouse Apartment

The one-bedroom apartment is located in a self-contained wing of a listed farmhouse. Oak beams, flag floors, with every modern convenience. The en-suite bedroom can sleep up to 2 (plus a cot) and 1 pet; the apartment has a fully equipped, fitted, modern kitchen/dining/living area and a patio with car parking space. A swimming pool with sauna is available to book at extra charge. We can not guarantee availability of pool slots less than 2 weeks before the booking.
