Luxuriously appointed light filled one bedroom apartment nestled amongst the vines in Pialligo on 5 acres, this apartment has views to Parliament House and is only an 8 minute drive to Canberra City and 3 minute drive to the airport. A short walk to the Rodneys Nursery Cafe, Beltana Farm, Tulips Cafe or Vibe Hotel all offering delicious local produce and five star cuisine. A taste of the country in the city. Beautifully furnished throughout including gas fireplace, Smart TV, wifi and fully appointed kitchen including Miele oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and full sized fridge. With a lovely outlook to parkland across the road, the house is beautifully presented and provisioned with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Comprising of three bedrooms – two with queen beds and the third with two single beds (one is a king single), bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, kitchen, dining, lounge room, secure back yard and ample off street parking.
