The house is a 2 bed 1 bath 1974 flat top A Frame that sits on two acres on the outskirts of Lusby, MD—and a low traffic hour(ish) drive from the DMV. This cottage was once a old school woodworking shop which is now on display at the old iron furnace town museum nearby. This beautiful three hundred year old town sits on the beautiful Pocomoke river with canoe, kayak, and bike rentals. Museums, art galleries, speciality shops, food and entertainment.

The cozy loft is located above the apiary workshop. It is a spacious, kind suite with a walk-in bath featuring a rainforest shower. Windows overlook the donkey pasture, river, farm, and gardens. Designed for a true retreat, there is no WiFi, TV, or smoking. For breakfast, travel on over to Sugar Water Restaurant to have a free breakfast with coffee, tea, juice, and more. The Loft includes a small refrigerator plus coffee and tea essentials. Please note: children are not permitted.

Fully equipped kitchen, Queen bed, bathroom, pull out queen sofa bed with privacy wall to make 2rd bedroom. Close to beaches and town.

This pet friendly two bedroom apartment which offers laundry and a spacious kitchen is only steps away from Shad Landing state park and Public Landing. This ground level guesthouse apartment is located 200 feet from our main house is on an over 12 acre partially wooded parcel. Plenty of privacy and room for boat trailer parking.
