Artful Studio in a Townhouse Designed by John Wood the Elder

Evelyn House Studio features open plan living with creative use of greenery and shelves as a natural divider between cosy sleeping area and comfortable living space. The kitchen area is fully equipped including microwave/convection oven. The bedroom accommodation is complemented with a tastefully designed ensuite shower room. Guests will have access to the entire flat. Guests will be greeted at the property with one set of keys and are welcome to ask as many questions as they like, including recommendations for eating and drinking. The townhouses in Pierrepont Street and Pierrepont Place were named in homage to the family of Evelyn Pierrepont, 2nd Duke of Kingston upon Hull, who sold the Bath Abbey Orchards site to John Wood the Elder and his business partner. The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Town centre flat in beautifully restored listed building. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to train station for easy access to Bath and Salisbury. Kennet and Avon canal is very near for walking or cycling to Bath or Devizes. Longleat is nearby as well as several National Trust properties - Stourhead, Westwood Manor, The Courts at Holt and Great Chalfield Manor. The flat is on two floors with views of the town bridge, the Shambles, Coppice Hill and Silver Street.

The Annexe, Craigflower is a tastefully decorated self contained ground floor apartment with a double bedroom and plenty of storage. There is a large sitting room/dining area with a sofa, occasional chairs, TV/DVD player, plus dining table and chairs. Free WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Welcome Pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and some home made goodies. There is off street parking at the property.

Our traditional apartment sits in a prime location to explore all of Baths unique and treasured attractions. Nestled in between the renowned Royal Cresent and Circus, this area of Bath is littered with fantastic coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. The apartments high ceilings, old features and town-house style decor creates an idyllic city escape. Traveling by car? We have a permit that allows guests to park on the streets right outside the apartment at £17/day.
