La maison est très propre en bon état, bien aménagée avec tous les accessoires nécessaires dans la cuisine, le salon est très confortable ainsi que les lits. Le quartier est résidentiel et très calme, avec un supermarché à 5 min à pieds. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos 3 ados.

Lovey stay here for the six of us. Very easy walk into town. Very spacious and comfortable rooms, it was a homely place with everything you needed in it. We would definitely stay again.

From the communication, to the quality of the accommodation & amenities to the welcoming touches with Prosecco & snacks, your thoughtfulness just made our holiday perfect!! The decor was bright, modern & beautiful; the house and furniture was spotless and the house had everything you would need for a weekend getaway. We were 9 people and a dog and there was ample room for everyone. We couldn’t be happier. The only issue is that since this was our first Airbnb adventure, we’ve now got our bar set too high 😊 Thanks once again for allowing us a fabulous few days in Bournemouth in your beautiful house.

excellent host, lovely place to stay in will recommend

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Anna’s place with our 6 month old and 4 year old children. The house was spacious, stylish and well equipped. My 4 year old loved playing with the duplo, dolls house, trampoline, football and books. It made the world of difference to have her entertained. There are lots of nice coffee places and restaurants nearby and, of course, the beautiful Southbourne beach which we visited every day. We would love to go back and highly recommend to other families.

I stayed at this property with my family and easily one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in terms of comfort, location, surroundings, hospitality, communication from host. The hosts are gem of people who are very thoughtful in providing amenities and services to their guests. They had complementary welcome kit and had two pages with instructions to use listed amenities of the house as well as local grocery and food recommendation. I always had very proactive and positive conversations with Laura and Mike. I would recommend this airbnb to family (esp with kids) and friends. It is so relaxing that you can just relax and bbq in the backyard.

We had such a great stay at Celia’s home—it really suited our whole family, from grandparents in their 70s to the grandchild who is 4. The house was super clean, cosy, and really well thought out. There were toys and games that kept my son busy, and the space was easy for everyone to have their own space when needed, which made a big difference for us. It just felt like everything had been considered. The location was great too. There’s a lovely little park just a short walk away, which was perfect for morning strolls. The town centre is a bit further, but still walkable if you’re up for it—and if not, it’s a quick drive. Lots of restaurants nearby with a wide range of choices, so everyone found something they liked. The beachfront is also a longer walk, but easy to drive to and parking was no problem at all. It was a lovely place to stay—comfortable, family-friendly, and in a great spot. Exactly how it has been described by other reviews and photos. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house full of amazing amenities and set in a gorgeous location. The house itself is spacious, comfortable and the perfect environment for a larger group of people. Highly recommend it if you ever come to this area.

We had a wonderful couple of days in the annexe which was surrounded by absolutely beautiful countryside. The accommodation was exactly as described. Carol and Derek were perfect hosts.

This is as our second time staying at Elizabeth’s place (first time in the flat upstairs which has 3 bedrooms). It is very close to where our son and family live, which is great and has everything we needed to have our 2 granddaughters over for a couple of sleepovers. They had a lovely time and enjoyed playing on the trampoline and swings in the garden. The flat itself is beautifully clean and well kitted out. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Liz.

Absolutely beautiful flat. It was clean and we loved the thought that went into the decor. And there was enough toilet roll! 😆 The hosts were very responsive and amenable. The bar opposite was a bit loud with music but it stopped at 12 and didn't bother us really. Thank you.

Staying at this place was nice: the flat is very cosy, well-furnished, location is marvellous, just few minutes away from the seashore and city centre, though quite enough. All the amenities, incl. washing machine and dishwasher, are at place. In this regard, the flat is suitable for both - short-term and long-term stays (I did the latter and enjoyed it a lot). There could be some complexities with general cleaning (since it's optional and not very cheap), though the hosts are able to accommodate you (by providing e.g. clean bed linen on request). The hosts are responsive and open to help with and advise on anything, which is an additional plus!

The apartment is modern, comfortable and well appointed with wonderful views of the coast and sea. It is a perfect base for exploring the local area with lovely walks on the doorstep. Brian is a lovely host, easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Great for a little family holiday. was just off the beach only a few minutes walk. Apartment had everything we needed. Were able to get an Asda shopping delivery for check in day that really made life easy with little kids. This area of Swanage doesn't seem to have any food delivery places so you'll need to plan ahead and don't be a townie like us and assume you can order pizza on a Sunday night. Obviously this is not the responsibility of the host but thought this would be useful information for future guests as will be the same for other properties in the area.

Lovely property it had all the amenities. Good location. Near the centre of Swanage, about 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Near the beach. There a smart tv with Netflix, YouTube Disney+, everything you have with smart tv.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful long weekend at Michelle’s apartment. Everything was spotless. It’s very well equipped, very comfortable and even more spacious than the photos show. The location is ideal - lots to see and explore in the area and easy walking distance to Poole Quay as well as Hamworthy itself. Communication was excellent and directions were very clear, however, on the day we arrived the path to the steps was all cordoned off by the builders so it took us a while to work out how to get in - Michelle wasn’t to know that. We eventually found our way round via the beach gate. We’d love to return next year and can highly recommend the apartment. Thank you.

Wonderful, just wonderful! My family and I loved our stay in the Sandpearl apartment. Most of all, the view from the living room and the master bed room is just amazing, I could spend hours just watching the sea waves and the beach and listening to the sea... the apartment itself is spotlessly clean and has everything one might need but nothing feels like clutter. The kitchen even included plastic plates and bowls for children, and the living room had a good selection of books and boardgames. The host, Debbie, was very helpful, always responding very quickly. We asked for local recommendations for food on Easter Sunday and got a few options to choose from. The location itself, right at the beach and right in the middle of Weymouth, couldn't be better either. An overall winner that I would highly recommend. Already talking about maybe coming back to this exactly same place again sometime soon!

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

Firstly we were very fortunate to have such a lovely, helpful and welcoming host so thank you! The flat itself was immaculate, exactly as shown in the pictures and super clean and tidy. Everything we needed was provided and plenty of it! The location was great for walking to town however it is a busy street so was quite noisy at times (but this isn’t anyone’s fault and can’t be helped!) Overall we had a wonderful stay in a lovely flat!

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Had a designated parking spot which was very handy. Lovely outdoor area and secure and safe. Photos were exact to what was excepted. Tony was quick at answering the phone when needed. Lovely place and feels like home. Perfect for our one night stay. Walking distance to what we needed. Was perfect.

This is a beautiful apartment right on the sea front. It was super clean, easy to access, spacious and perfect for our long weekend getaway. We will absolutely be returning!

Our stay at The Coast House was fabulous. The house was immaculate, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with a lovely secluded courtyard garden. Great location. Would definitely recommend.
