This rental is wheel chair accessible. Inyo County, as of July 2018 , requires us to collect an occupancy tax on all rentals I have included the fee in your final charges

It is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and has a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The loft area provides a cozy space for reading and playing board games. Very Flexible cancellation policy! Our place is the largest most spacious unit in Snowcreek 4. It has around 2400 square feet and has a floor that is great for large or multiple family vacations and personal get together's. It technically has 4 bedrooms but you can call the room next to the kitchen as a bedroom also so it really has 5 bedrooms. It sleeps 12 people. It is in a super quiet area with a creek just outside our back deck. A beautiful creek right outside. BTC 7382.

Awesome Contemporary Loft, Best Deal, Sleeps 6!!

Wonderful 1 bedroom 2 full bathroom lofted unit has been recently updated. The space is open and decorated in a fun and funky way yet still has a bit of a rustic feel. It is a 2nd level unit with no one above you and steps away from the pool (closes in the fall) and the hot tub. Parking is so easy, directly in front of the unit with 2 spaces available.
