This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. This is one half of a duplex that was recently renovated. It has 2 levels with the main living area, kitchen, dining and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs is another living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a washer and dryer). Our kitchen is fully equipped so that you could cook meals. The living areas have large TVs (no cable TV) and board games. We have 3 desks available if you need to work or study. There is a gas BBQ and a private hot tub in the back yard.

It's remote and quiet, but accessible year-round: 2 hours from DIA, 1.5 hours from downtown Denver, and 50-mins from Breckenridge. Large kitchen (w/ fridge and antique stove), barnwood accents, huge 400sf deck, and historic decor from Como's gold rush. Dogs welcome, too.
