Pet Friendly Adventure Safari Tents

Set in their own small secluded glade, our Safari Tents have one double bedroom and a second bedroom with four single bunks, as well as a bathroom, kitchen and dining area. Locally sourced produce and essentials are available for purchase in the on site shop, so you can bring as much or as little as you wish. On-site parking is available. We are able to accommodate stays of the following periods: 7 night stays commencing on a Monday or Friday, Monday-Friday (4 nights), Friday-Monday (3 nights).

Cartmell Bell Tent - Easy Camping - Lake District

Large 5 meter Bell Tent located in the Lake District National Park near the historic village of Cartmel, with great views of both the coats and hills. 5 minutes from Lake Windermere, the site offers lots of green space to limited numbers of guests. The Bell Tent set up ready for your arrival, furnished with natural-style woven matting, sheepskins and rugs. Each tent has a table and benches provided. You will need to bring your own camping mats, bedding, stove and cooking equipment.

Our Grey 2018 VW T6 Transporter named Grizedale is the perfect campervan for exploring the Lake District and beyond. Comfortable and easy to drive on both country roads and motorways, it sleeps up to four adults with a pull-out double bed and pop-top roof bed. The pop-top also provides extra headroom for cooking and relaxing. Beautifully converted, the van includes a fridge, gas hob, sink, dining table and electric hook-up, giving you everything needed for your next adventure.

Lovingly restored 1965 Retreat with proper loo, shower, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi! King size bed with linen, towels and toiletries provided. Fully equipped for 2 . Snuggle into The Tipi and soak up the view, make suppers in the the pizza oven or BBQ or huddle around the firepit and cook over the embers. Discover the walled pond and private jetty or wander down the lane to The Pub. Magical! PS: the caravan is compact with limited headroom - the high+mighty will need to duck!

Sleeping up to four, it includes a pull-out double bed and a pop-top roof. Professionally converted, it comes equipped with a fridge, gas hob, sink, dining table and electric hook-up, providing everything needed for a relaxing weekend escape or a longer family adventure.

Camping Barn, Abbot Park Farm

Built in 2012, our slate and stone camping barns boast 6 single beds on the first floor. The ground floor space includes a dining area, kitchen area which includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, small fridge and a single electric hot plate. and a ground floor wet room. Bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery are all provided. Outside are stunning views, a picnic area and public footpaths through the farm. Breakfast is not provided can be requested at an additional cost.

Big Bertha has been stylishly renovated to create a unique space with all the comforts of home. Sleeping 6 people, she has everything you need for a luxury stay - bathroom with a shower and toilet, a well equiped kitchen, including an oven and fridge freezer. Outside the airstream overlooking the Croglin Beck, there is a beautiful decking area - perfect area to relax by the fire pit. 30 minutes from Pooley Bridge, 40 mins to Hadrians Wall.

Situated on a farm that’s been owned and run by the same family since 1954, this romantic hideaway is set just over a mile from Patterdale village with its selection of country pubs. This area is a great base for visiting the Northern Lakes and Fells, and there are some great walks and bike routes to explore from the door. Walk to Ullswater and take a trip on one of the steamers, or visit the beautiful Aira Force waterfalls.
