What a great find! My daughter was playing against the University of Connecticut in softball this weekend, and the Graduate Hotel was very pricey. Doug and Annie’s Ecohaven was a gem. The views were spectacular, and everything was cozy and clean. We actually got rained out one day, and it was a great place to curl up and read a book and watch the rain. Doug and Annie were very responsive to any questions I had. The house was sparkling clean, and had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to stay in this fabulous location.

We had a wonderful stay at the Woodstock barn. It was spacious and clean. In a private area and was so peaceful to be away from all the noise and cars of city life. We will be back again! Highly recommend!

A very nice place to relax. My reason was because of work in the area. But I was delighted with the place. 100% recommended.

This was our first time at the Barn. There were 8 of us. We had plenty of room. Plenty of parking. MaryBeth and Doug are extremely friendly. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the Barn. Will definitely book there again next year.

Sarah and Frank are consummate 5* hosts! They are friendly, warm, and welcoming. When we expressed interest in their kayaks, they immediately offered to assist us in getting them launched, which made for a fabulous morning paddle! The apartment is so comfortable, and the location is very close to the town of Webster and within 20-25 minutes of the other towns in this southwestern tip of Massachusetts. The entire experience of friendliness, warmth, and comfort make this an excellent choice for serenity, privacy, and beauty, and if there is a "lake lifestyle," -- this is it. The photos are just a slight suggestion of how beautiful the location is. We were two people, and it had romance. If you're a family, it's perfectly set up with two bedrooms, tons of games and toys, a play area, children's and adult books, and fully stocked kitchen utensils—it's a gem! We are eager to be return in the Spring!

Excellent experience and excellent hosts! Carol was always available to help with questions and provided recommendations for anything we had. Place was clean and set in a nice, wooded area away from the bustle of the highway hotels which are comparative in price. We're definitely planning on staying here again next time we make a trip to the area. Thanks!

This home is warm and inviting. It had everything you would want in a peaceful and bucolic experience. It was clean and well-equipped. Even the barn area was clean and tidy! The llamas were beautifully and the house kitty was as friendly and helpful as her humans. Recommend.

My daughter and I had a great stay at Kathryn's place! Kathryn was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The place was very roomy and comfortable with large bedrooms, a full kitchen, large living room area, and lots of games/puzzles/activities for entertainment. Location was great as well - private yet close to local amenities.

Great apartment, clean, close to downtown Putnam. Russell was very responsive to my questions. Recommend this apartment.

Had a great visit and stay at John's place! It was just a hop and a skip of a walk to the Bob's Windham IGA, where we were able to stock up on groceries and got multiple of their delicious Grinders throughout the week. The unit was very easy to find, great parking, quiet neighborhood. We felt safe, secure, and super cozy in the cold weather and snow. :) John was very responsive and friendly any time we reached out. I would definitely recommend booking with John for any future stays.

I really enjoyed my stay. The place is out of the way enough to be quiet, but still close enough to major roads that you can easily go places if you want to. It's also very comfortable with nice furniture and a full bath. I was pleasantly surprised to find things like good shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee were provided. Besides the place being nice Karin is great to rent from. She sent messages to make sure I was comfortable and see if I needed anything while I was staying in the studio. This is a nice touch you aren't guaranteed to get from everyone. If you're looking to rent a place in the area I definitely suggest checking this one out.

We have stayed here a couple of times and always love how quiet it is. The space has everything you need and is very comfortable. Laurie is very understanding of the needs of the guests. I’m sure we will be back

If every Airbnb experience could be as seamless as Johns property, I’d never book with a hotel again. The apartment was clean and spacious and exactly like the photos. The instructions to check in were sent in advance and very clear and thorough. Would absolutely book another property from this host.

Second time staying at this place and it’s just perfect. The area is great and Micheal is responsive. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay in Amherst! Niels' suite was perfect for our group of 3. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the two en-suite bathrooms were well-equipped with toiletries, towels, and everything you'd need. The suite had gorgeous views of the surrounding area; although we encountered unusually cold temps and some rain, it would have been lovely to sit out on the deck and enjoy that view! But we were quite cozy inside :) Highly recommend if you are in the area - Niels' place is welcoming and very well designed for guests.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sherri's place. Something about it felt more like "home" than a rental property which I appreciate. I was able to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. The hours aren't posted but it was open pretty much the entire time I was there and not crowded. I also felt like there were a lot of extras at Sherri's place for cooking. There were two coffee makers and lots of spices. It was very convenient and there was to do around the area.

Everything was amazing! Property owner was friendly and welcoming! Hoping to plan another trip to this spot it was truly an amazing weekend! Thank you!!!

Loved my stay at Rosemaries villa. It was beautiful and peaceful. Will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, cozy and the airbnb is well stocked with items! If we are back in this area, we would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful place to stay. Very pleasant, quiet, and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was so relaxing! I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the Woonsocket area!
