Beautiful Boutique Guest Studio in Surrey

Embrace the soothing tranquility of this private unit. The home features an open-concept layout, plank wood flooring, tasteful furnishings and decor, subtle hues, and a patio area with an outdoor dining space that is home to some rather friendly ducks and petite chickens. The space is approx 30m2 and had been renovated to a high spec in September 2017. There is a good size kitchen, bathroom with a large shower, a double bed and a living area with hanging space and shelves. There is plenty of space to store your clothes while you stay. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom for laundry. The flat has its own private front door and patio area. There is also underfloor heating in all areas of the flat. In the kitchen, there is an induction hob, a self cleaning oven, a built in microwave combination oven for those who want to cook a fabulous meal. The fridge/freezer is integrated and there is also an integrated dishwasher. There is a kettle, coffee machine and toaster. If you are lucky there may be a fresh home cooked loaf of bread waiting for you. If the chickens or ducks are being kind in the Summer there may also be some fresh eggs. In the bathroom, there is a large shower, with a rain shower above and water jets. The water is softened. There is a washer/dryer in the corner of the bathroom and above some fresh large fluffy towels. There is a large wall to wall mirror above the large sink with good lighting to do your make up or have a shave (shaver socket on wall). There is a double bed with small bedside cabinets either side. The mattress is good quality and extremely comfortable. The bedding is freshly washed and ironed. In the lounge area, there is a sofa and footstool with a smart television and of course free fast wifi. There is underfloor heating throughout and there is a room thermostat if you wish to change the temperature to your comfort. Please note we can only accept guests that have their own Airbnb profiles, please be mindful of using other peoples profiles. It ensures safety and security for everyone.. There is ample parking on the front drive. Please park in front of the garage doors as this is closest to the flat. We live in the main house that is attached to the studio flat. We are often around to help answer any questions. The property is located on a quiet residential road in Mayford village between Woking and Guildford. The mainline train station is about an 8 minute walk, with connections to Guildford, Woking, and London Waterloo. Mayford is a small village between the the city centres of Woking and Guildford. The quickest and easiest method of travel is by car. There is a bus stop only a mins walk away that takes you to Woking or Guildford. There is a mainline train station - Worplesdon approx 10 mins walk that takes you to London Waterloo, Woking and Guildford. The studio flat is attached to the main house, you may hear some general house noise from the main house. The property is located on a quiet tree lined residential road in Mayford village between Woking and Guildford. The mainline train station is about an 8 minute walk, with connections to Guildford, Woking, and London Waterloo. The ideal transport would be to have your own car to drive to around the local areas. There are fabulous local pubs in walking distance that serves food all day, a local garden centre and a pretty walk to the River Wey, grab a picnic and enjoy the wildlife.

Newly refurbished luxury 2 bedroom cottage

Luxury cottage at Hayley Green that accommodates up to 4 people. Newly refurbished in semi-rural setting. Full of character with all the amenities you need for a luxurious comfortable stay. The perfect relaxing getaway for couples, family and friends. The cottage is located 16 minutes to Windsor, 30 minutes to Henley on Thames, 11 minutes to Ascot, 9 minutes to Legoland, 6 minutes drive to Lapland Ascot.We are also close to Bracknell train station where you take a train to London under 1 hour.

Peaceful stay in Frimley village

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Studio flat

The studio flat is in a quiet location & stylish area. It has a separate entrance to the main house and there is ample parking on the large drive. You can walk to town and to the well connected rail service into London (28 minutes) & the south west. We are 4.5 miles from the M25, Junction 11, & within easy access to Heathrow & Gatwick airports. The kitchen has Nespresso coffee, a combination microwave & an air fryer. The rainshower is above the bath. The internet TV has Netflix & Prime etc.

Lakehouse in Pirbright,Surrey

A peaceful private annex in a wonderful semi-rural location in the picturesque village of Pirbright. The annex has off street parking and its own separate entrance. Pirbright is an archetypal Surrey village, with a pretty village green and two excellent pubs. Surrounded by beautiful countryside it is perfect for walking and cycling. Brookwood mainline station is 2 miles away, providing a direct service to Waterloo. Guildford and Woking are close by providing theatres, bars and restaurants.

Hosted by Elaine, an artist, printmaker, and jeweller. With easy links to London, the apartment is self contained and has ample amenities, comprised of a double bedroom with king bed and bedroom suite, a shower room and kitchen/diner leading to the patio, where there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The kitchen has a washer, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a television, wifi access, comfortable chairs and a sofa bed. Parking for medium sized car.

Luxury contemporary Apartment

This stylish place to stay is perfect for golf/racing breaks. Sunningdale GC is 5 minutes walk away, Wentworth GC & Ascot Race Course a 5 mins drive. Whilst Windsor Great Park is only 10 mins in the car. All modern appliances including an air fryer. Private barrier parking. Coffee shops and places to eat & drink on your doorstep. Central London is only 40 mins by train from Sunningdale station which will only take you 5 mins to walk to. All in the heart of beautiful Sunningdale.

A self-contained cottage situated in a quiet position surrounded by woodland within 4 miles of Guildford town centre and refurbished to a high standard with fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and downstairs toilet. Light and airy renovated Guest House with separate entrance in a rural setting, between villages of Pirbright, Worplesdon and Normandy with views of field/garden. Located 8 minutes drive outside Guildford, 6 miles from Woking, close to Surrey Sports Park, great train service to London. Beautiful surrounding countryside for walks/cycling - walk from property to local pub. Great spot to visit friends, Surrey, Hampshire and west/south west side of London.
