The dock area has tons of room to relax and kick back by the water and tie up your boat. House is equipped with an upper and lower living room to enjoy the view from every direction. Full kitchen equipped with all of the necessary appliances and equipment. Upper level also has a bedroom with a queen bed and a fully renovated full bath. Lower level has a bedroom with queen bed and bunkbeds, living room, and full bath with laundry. This home is nestled in quaint Port Bay with panoramic water views. On a rainy day, come inside & choose a board game or puzzle to enjoy! We are only 10 minutes from town with a local grocery store & restaurants. Chimney Bluffs & Fairhaven Beach are within a 20 minute drive.

Private entrance, place to yourselves, queen size bed with pull out couch that can sleep 2, Roku TV, extra linens, standup shower, heater and air conditioning and book nook. Note there is no stove, just a air fryer and griddle No pets allowed Minutes from Fair Haven and Chimney Bluffs. Gas stations and Dollar General in town Eats- Fullers Ice Cream shop, 104 Store Note- the garage is a metal roof, bad cell reception
