Our house has a detached new unit at the backyard with a separate entrance. My brother and I are both professional workers, and mostly spend afternoons around the house. This studio is centrally located in the premier West Hills neighborhood, a short drive from Calabasas, Malibu, Santa Monica, Warner Center. Wifi and street parking are included. Close to groceries, restaurants, shopping malls. Easy access to freeways. Brand new furniture and mattress bedding. Has its own heater and AC, not shared with the rest of the building. Shares a wall with the rest of the house where my family lives.

Private balcony with views and beach gear for the summertime. Our renovated private guest suite is located on Woodland Hills neighborhood 12 miles from Topanga Beach, 17 miles from Malibu, 18 miles from Santa Monica and 16 miles from Universal Studios. If you prefer to be "off the beaten path" but yet close enough to enjoy the conveniences of town - this is the spot for you! Before booking, please keep in mind that the access to the unit is through an outdoor set of stairs with no railing.

Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.
