Hidden gem.

In this hidden gem, you’ll experience the local and tranquility of central Lancashire. Within 5 minutes of walking distance you have a Costa, various pubs and restaurants. At the end of the road is a 24 hour petrol station for any little extras for your stay. Hospital is a 12 minute walk. M6/M55 is less than five minutes down the road. A friendly and peaceful neighbourhood, enabling a relaxed and chilled stay in a good quality, comfy home. Key safe available and separate entrance from my home.

It features its own entrance, a cosy living area with sofa, TV, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette, along with a comfortable double bedroom. The private shower and toilet are located off a shared utility room, but are for guest use only. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden. Wi-Fi, heating, and on-site parking are included for a convenient and pleasant stay.

Cosy Apartment in private courtyard

This cosy ground floor apartment is tucked away in it's own private courtyard, just a short walking distance to Preston city centre, all UCLan buildings, Moor Park and Preston North End football ground. It has just been lovingly restored by us to a very high standard. Everything is brand new, including the heating system which warms all rooms in minutes. We're happy to be flexible and discuss any specific requirements, but rest assured there are no hidden additional charges.

The Port Hole, Woodplumpton

We are situated in rural Lancashire 5 minutes from junction 32 of the M6. Located on the popular national cycle route, we are on the border between the Fylde coast and the Forest of Bowland. The Port Hole is an annexe to our home, with it's own entrance. The accommodation is private and peaceful, it has recently been refurbished to a high standard. One well behaved dog welcome.
